Sent a car down there to get four tires. Was there from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.!!! They said their tire machine was down due to a bad airline . The kid who was down there was rude and was swearing at everybody in the facility while struggling to put these rims on. Got one of the tires stuck on the machine and tore it and left it half on and off the rim. There was another one that had a gash on the inner wall and broken belts as well. Knocked half the wheel studs loose and said he could do nothing about it. The owner said we should leave it there even though there were no more tires available to put on it. And now two weeks later we were trying to be kind about it. There is still not two tires to swap them out for! So there would have been no point in leaving the vehicle there. Clearly they do not care how they run their business. I went down there myself at 2:30 in the morning with just a wrench and put them all on and reseated everything myself in their driveway. I live over a half an hour away and they want me to come down and get one tire and then come back again and I told them I just give up and forget it and as they also refuse to give me a refund.

Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Not only did I have to walk through people shooting up and discarded needles to get to their tire storage shed, but I also had to carry my own tires back to them, and wait 2 hours thinking they were working on my car only to find out after I asked them what was taking so long, that there was only one person to work on my car and the four other cars that were waiting. I was told that the lug nuts were too difficult for them to get off and it's going to take a while and be $100 per hour for them to do the work. I ended up taking my car to the tire shop on West Main street who had my tires changed in 30 minutes. This Rub Doc place is a joke. There's not even a safe place to park your car. I wouldn't waste my time going there. Go to Tire Trax or Cars Need Tires at 570 W Main.

Great place to go get a tire, and any work you need done. Friendly service, family owned shop. Highly recommend for used tires and they also have a show room of sweet rims. 5 stars.

I needed new tires for my car, and after calling around, I found Rub MD offered the best deal in town. For just $214, I got a complete set of tires, including tax, balancing, and disposal of my old tires. What a steal!I called at 9 a.m. and was told to come down. From the moment I walked in, Mike, the owner, made sure I felt taken care of. He was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect set of tires for my car. The personal touch he added to the experience made it even better – he even handed me the remote to pick what I wanted to watch on the TV!As we chatted, I learned that Mike coaches the Ogden Bears youth football team, which added a nice personal connection to our conversation. Despite the shop getting busy, Mike and his team were efficient and professional. Though the service took a bit longer than initially estimated, it was well worth the wait – about 2 hours from arrival to leaving with new tires.What impressed me most was the lack of upselling. One of the best places to take your car to. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, he’s honest, and is one of the best in Rochester. I found him on Facebook marketplace because i needed tires, and ended up never going anywhere else.

Do not go there!!!! They stole parts off my car & charged me for several services I didn’t need! They are all junkies and weirdos ! No woman should go here alone no one should go here period. They get high have u waiting for hours so they can steal parts n sell them to other customers!

Normally this place is great . today I went in was literally the only customer there, started being taken care of by the owner then a another customer walked up the owner proceeded to walk away from working on my car and go to continue on with other customers. I waited for almost 30 minutes before I got in my car and left. Very unprofessional.
