Went there for my ritual morning coffee at 5:06 a.m and they were closed . The person inside said that they were going to open at 6 because she was the only one there . I guess because the clocks changed that's okay to tell customers that still have a schedule to keep . Not cool !

I went to a interview and the hiring manager wasn't even there. It took me weeks to get an interview just to not get the job . Waste of time and space, go to a different place .

Place closes at 7 pm, I've literally have been there 3 days in a row between 6 pm - 6:15 pm. ALL 3 times I've been told they are NO longer serving food. On the 3rd day I asked the girl why is it that by 6 they stop serving food? She said they run out of food, so they have nothing to serve. Completely out of food 3 days in a roll ???? I think employees clean early and avoid making food after 6 pm to get out earlier. SMH if manager is letting this happen, he should change his closing time on-line and at location. I'm definitely not going back to waste my time

I asked for two chipotle chicken wraps and the lady at the window told me she only had enough chicken for one chipotle chicken wrap and I would have to wait 3 minutes if I wanted two. I told her I was fine with waiting. I parked and waited about 10-15 minutes no one came out. So I went inside and my food was sitting on the counter and she handed it to me and I left. When I went to eat my chipotle chicken wrap I realized there was NO chicken in it at all. Only one of our chipotle wraps had chicken in them. I will not be returning to this Tim hortons.

I just ordered delivery food, and it was disappointing. I wanted a Boston Crème Pie donut and got 2 hard and stale donuts. I didn’t want any mayo on my grilled chicken panini, and it was smothered in mayo. I will NEVER order any food there again. Will be a LONG time before I order any more Tim Horton’s food again. Turned me off and away. This location is THE WORST!!! DO NOT GO OR ORDER HERE!!!!

What has happened to this place? Awful customer service. No greeting when we walked in, employees ignored us until they could be bothered to take our order after 5 minutes. We waited 20 minutes for our food & I finally went up to ask what was going on. Both lunches weren't even in the computer. We waited another 10 minutes for our food to finally come up. Sandwiches were thrown together very sloppy. No apologies, nothing. Will not return.
