The employees at the self checkout are really inconsiderate.. the heavy set black woman who wore a black mask and a colorful wig and the chubby white man with glasses were talking very loud and very disrespectful about other employees and customers. This is not ok 👎

I have no idea what happened. I can only imagine Aldi's opening just killed business here. It feels terrible to come into now. There isn't really any reason to go here under any circumstances over another grocery store nearby

Huge Tops Friendly Market which is immaculate inside. I spent way too much time browsing than I should have!
The fruits and vegetables were fresh as were the flowers. The aisles were clearly marked and the staff are visible and ready to help.
It’s a shame I couldn’t post my videos of Tops.
There is plenty of parking.

Top on Jefferson Rd is over priced compared to other grocery stores, and has poor quality products.

I went to Tops Brighton and purchase croissants and I have noticed the croissants are very small and I pay a lot for them but you're not paying for what you get and prices and tops is going up every day i buy the exact same Goods every Saturday and I pay double the amount every Saturday but the bake section where the croissants are they're doing shrinkflation and making you pay more for very little

I just got my insta cart delivery. Ms. Kennedy was fantastic. Her communications skills allowed me to take part. I stopped driving several years ago. At 70.5 I know have issues with balance. None of your people have ever made me take my stairs to collect my bags.
It's a pleasure to meet Kennedy, such a responsible young woman. Not particularly easy in today's world to find a friendly, professional, and responsible person.

Conveniently located in a small plaza. I think Tops can be over priced. However, if you grab a flyer on the way in, sale items more than make up for the pricey items. I prefer Wegmans over Tops for fresh produce bc they have a larger selection. Other than that, it's clean & also carries some B-Bills stuff seasonally. That's a plus for me! ?

Patricia Reynolds is a great employee. She works at the cashier 6 days a week. In her advance age, she is on her feet for hours and still greet every costumer with a smile and good vibe. She compliment the customers, apologize if there was any wait, and engage in friendly conversations. Our young generation got a lot to learn from her dedication and values.

This place has been on a steady decline in recent months. If you're there after 5, forget about any cashiers, it's self checkout only, then you get to deal with the ridiculous computer system. I can't imagine how the elderly must struggle with it. Customer service is completely nonexistent, and the produce section and numerous other shelves were COMPLETELY wiped out on a Tuesday evening. Just absolutely ridiculous. Back to Wegs.
