The top on Jefferson Rd. Their products are not fresh. My husband and I had to return products on several occasions due to poor quality and they are over priced compared to other grocery stores. We have tried to hang in there, because you need the competition, but with the high food prices and poor food quality it makes it difficult to continue shopping there.

I love this store as it’s neat and clean. On top of that it’s beautifully set out with wide aisles and a huge range of products.
I especially love the bakery and the variety they have on offer.
The staff are helpful.
Plenty of parking is available.

I hate this chain of stores. Not this location in particular. Tops is too expensive & they barely offer any organic options.

Im new to New York and I came here forgetting that you have to pay for bags or bring your own. The cashier was nice enough to buy a $1 bag for me to carry my groceries in, so I wouldn’t have to put things back. I also just got this $100 food card from united health care where you can only buy certain items, but I guess I wasn’t clear on certain things, and I had a balance remaining of $26. I didn’t have any money and this lady behind me paid for the rest of my stuff. I was so thankful I cried on my way home. I’m sorry I didn’t ask for their names but thank you to the 2 amazingly kind women that helped me today in that store. You have no idea how much that meant to me. God bless you . I’m still at home crying right now

Always can depend on Tops to have all of the unique essential upstate New York brands as well as a huge selection of custom organic and signature high end products. I cannot believe they have funnel cake here. Oh my goodness what a blessing such a clean store the staff is really amazing. I like to see that they have quite an abundance of young people employed here. Keep up the good work!

Like all Tops Market they are way overpriced in comparison to other grocery stores. Their sale prices are more than some stores regular prices. When it first arrived, Tops was reasonably priced. Cannot afford to shop there anymore.

Tops never stops letting me down . Waited 10 minutes for a slice of pizza. Took the associate 10 mins to look at me and away from their phone .
