The folks at the store are nice enough, but the company themselves are pathetic. I went in on a weekend, to try and get a phone battery replacement for a pixel phone. They did not have the battery for my phone, but they ordered it, and said it would be there by tuesday. I went back on thursday, and the battery still wasn't there. They said it was something about shipping batteries. They said it should definitely be there by the next wednesday. I went in the following friday, and they said that it still wasn't there, but they didn't know why. They said that the store in Greece had one, so I could go out there if I wanted. I asked them if they could get that battery to their store, and they said no, only if they stole it. The broader company is clearly incompetent at their core goal, and given that the stores are already a scam for the phone insurance companies to put phone repair business into their own pockets, it is beyond pathetic that they cannot get a basic need like a phone battery.

Went to take my Nintendo switch and my Apple Watch in for repair. They quoted me a price of 29 for watch and 100 for switch screen. Also mentioned that if i sign up for Home+ insurance it will give me $50 dollars off so i agreed. They stated i would have to come back in two days for switch and come back and the amount that was due went up back to almost the original pricing. When i asked why it was so much they stated it was sales taxes. So i reviewed all of my receipts and something wasn’t adding up so i check my online repair and it showed an additional charge of $55 so i call CS and they stated it should not be there so they called the store and store tells them that’s not a charge but it is a kick back to the store but when looking at the break down of the receipt it is definitely not a credit it was definitely a charge CS rectified issue by cancelling home+ but agreed with me that it was not a kick back and there is something going on at this store. WHEN THE DISTRICT MANAGER comes back i will be reaching out because my total amount i paid was $145 dollars which is the same if not more than the original repair with no discount. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. I would have rather paid apple and Nintendo out of warranty fee.

I get asurion for everything I can but For some reason this time it was very difficult when in the past all of my warranty claims were easy. this one I had to refill out form after form and had trouble every step of the way just about. Still got it done though

Best buy wasted a day telling me they'd fix my screen but then said they couldnt. I ended up going at 230pm on a Sunday to these guys and they had my phone fixed in 2 hours, straight up pros here I highly recommend for repairs.

Walk-in and technician was able to replace protector and I purchased a new holder for my iPhone. Having the $$ promotion for 2 items helped with the decision. Worth the drive to get there.

Awesome staff! I have to admit in the past didn’t have great experiences with Asurion but this was above and beyond. They repaired my Switch which later found out my daughter spilled apple juice on. Came home from a trip and it wouldn’t turn on anymore thought I was out $400 but gave these guys a shot. For a minimal charge back up and running. Extremely friendly, explained every step of the process, and got it done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I brought my Switch here because it stopped connecting to the internet. I was told by the worker, “I’ve never done this kind of repair before but I watched a YouTube video about it so I think I can do it.” This didn’t inspire any confidence but I needed to try something so I gave them my device. About one and a half weeks later, I called for an update since nothing had been updated on their online service tracker. I was told that they couldn’t fix the issue, and now my device was stuck in a boot loop (it turns on and shows the Nintendo logo, then just goes back to a black screen. Totally unusable). When I asked if I could come get it, I was told I could. I went to the store and was told that I can’t take it back yet because they’re still working on it but that they’d call me when it was ready. Another week and a half goes by and their online tracker still hasn’t had any changes, and they didn’t call me so I called them for another update. They said my device is now turning on, internet still doesn’t work, but that I can pick it up. For the second time, I drove to this store to get my device. The worker came from the back with my Switch, and plugged it in to ensure that it turns on. After several minutes of standing around, it finally came on and I left with it. I wasn’t charged anything because they couldn’t fix it. Unfortunately, when I got home and put the Switch in its dock I am now no longer able to connect any controllers to it, including Joy Cons. This was never an issue before bringing it here. I also noticed several of the tiny screws on the console are gone now. Lovely. They’re highly disorganized, and now my Switch can do even less than it could before after they had it for nearly a month. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It was a quick visit, they didn't have the part I needed but they found out which of their other stores would have it. We appreciated that, the tech was super cool and polite. I believe their name was Will.

I appreciate the quick service. Easy peasy and out the door. I would definitely recommend Ubreakifix to others and would use their services again, but I hope I never need to. : )

Having been in the automotive repair and computer and software sales, as well as repair or programming, I was impressed. "Fix while you wait? That's just NUTZ!!But ya did it. Tech knew there was a screen for my Google Pixel 7 PRO in the unpacked inventory, and replaced it in two hours just like he promised!!

NEVER GO HERE!!! SCAM!!! They have had my sons computer for a Month now and I HAVE NOT HAD ONE UPDATE OR EVEN CALL OR MESSAGE ABOUT IT! I had to call multiple times to get updates! 2 weeks ago they said the fan is broken and NOW THEY CANT FIND IT!! They hung up on me and kept asking me if I’m associated with some Paul guy??? DONT DO IT!!!!! I’m going with the police tomorrow!

Lukas was very helpful and patient. He explained our options to fix a Galaxy phone or tranfer data to another phone. We decided to transfer and he explained every step. We would definitely go back.

The repair seems like new. I would really like to commend to the young man who was working the counter. He was obviously pressed with a bunch of customers at once. One customer was not acting how a normal respectable adult usually acts. He kept his cool, answered her respectfully and honestly. He should be commended, and the customer hopefully learned how to handle herself better in future situations from his actions and responses. Good dude!
