Dylan was miserable to my me and my wife. She acted like my wife using her points was a giant inconvenience and then asked for my wife’s photo ID without explaining that it was needed if she wanted to use over $50 in points. When we asked why she needed to see it, she sighed repeatedly and acted annoyed that she had to explain it us. Can’t wait for the Pittsford location to open. I have hopes they will be more polite.

Went to Ulta Henrietta at 5 minutes before 8. I needed to walk in and grab my favorite eyeliner. It would have taken me two minutes. Customers were inside checking out. A worker was waiting by the door and wouldn’t let anyone else in saying we are closed. I even told her I just need one item. It wasn’t even 8 yet and I live 20 minutes away.

Sarah totally messed up my hair! She was rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t even believe I sat down anyway after I saw her and she looked like my grandma leaving the gym.
She FRIED my hair and had not a clue what she was doing. Do not trust her!!! She will mess you up for years to come with her inexperience and ego.

Horrible experience, had a pick up order and had my babies with me in car seats, I tried to do curbside pick up and there was no sign for it- apparently this sign (photo) is for curbside pick up. I had to go in with my babies because other guests where using the parking spot as a 15minute parking for browsing and shopping (I know I would do that too with this type of sign), also not to mention the bad customer service i received. Will not shop here anymore.

If I could give it a zero I would. Customer service is awful there. Went to the sale rack and the employees, they didn't know if things were in the right spot.
I came in there looking for a good sale on makeup or nails.
Offered 40% off on two products because they were in the wrong spot. I agreed went up to pay and they changed their minds. Ended up finding out the products were on sale. At that time I was fed up with their confusion. And I had left in disappointment.

Visited the area for the weekend and ran into this location for specific hair and nail items. I was impressed by very friendly staff. And the manager was super helpful. I usually don't shop at Ulta but will definitely start.

My partner and I had a great experience with Lexi. Neither of us had bought makeup in years and Lexi was so patient helping us both color match foundation and concealer.

My 8 year old daughter had a terrible experience getting her ear pierced at this location. The ear piercing gun got stuck in her ear adding trauma to her piercing. In addition the piercing location was completely off from where the dot was put making it very noticeably uneven. I addressed it politely to the manager Robin that at first ignored me and then her response was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” She was extremely rude and completely unprofessional especially to my 8 year old daughter that should not have experienced this. It’s unfortunate that Robin has such poor management/customer service skills and is representing your store and addressing customers in this manner.

I have green undertones in my skin, so its very difficult to find lipsticks that work for me. But this Ulta has Juvia's Place, which has been a god send. That brand has true nudes (not ruddy browns) that look great on me.
I had to dock a star, because of the staff. There are some amazing, helpful people that work here. But Ive also had a woman laugh at me for asking for more affordable recommendations. Your mileage will vary, depending on who is working when you walk in.

My first time shopping at an Ulta and it was great! I was kindly greeted within seconds of walking in, I was asked by numerous employees if I needed help. The store itself was very nice, clean, well stocked and overall a great environment. I met an incredibly nice, friendly and very kind employee named Emmanuel who helped me when I needed and chatted with me for a couple of minutes. It meant a lot since it was my first time going to an Ulta and the last time I went to a store that sold beauty products I was treated terribly and it made me never want to go back. I can’t wait to go to this Ulta again! I had my young daughter with me and they were really nice to her as well.

Why offer curbside if you’re not going to bring it to the car? At least tell me that you’re not coming out. I sat for over 15 minutes waiting, waste of time. I went inside and explained to the lady that I had been waiting there for awhile and was not given an explanation or apology, she didn’t even really acknowledge what I had said. I got my order and left. Not a good look.
