I came in to have a package shipped. What I needed was more complicated than I expected (because my package was not boxed properly). The staff was patient, friendly and helpful. I left feeling that I was taken care of by customer service professionals!

Very nice employees but the website is misleading. I made an appointment for a Notary, showed up at the appointment time, and was told they don't actually have a Notary. They did direct me to the ESL Credit Union in the same plaza (she was great, btw). It wasn't a huge inconvenience but it could be for someone else so I can't rate their services but I will warn everyone: DO NOT MAKE A NOTARY APPOINTMENT WITH THE UPS STORE. I'm only giving 5 stars because the employees were kind and it isn't their fault the website has been wrong for 8 years.

Great for shipping all your boxes. P.O. Boxes to keep all your mail safe and secure. I like that they are centrally located near ESL Bank and Bagel Land. The people working here are very friendly.

Absolutely horrible service just to drop a package off for return I wanted to make sure safe would not need to inspect before sealing box. Staff attempted to change me $5 for a 8 inch piece of tape! Absolutely a very unhelpful staff and would never do business with these people again!

I was expecting a long wait during my visit, but the employees really impressed me with their knowledge of procedures and ability to work efficiently. I wasn't completely sure how to manage my returns correctly and the man who helped me was patient and fast. I would consider going out of my way to visit this location over others in the future because of this level of customer service

I paid for 2 day shipping however the package didn't show-up in the Rochester distribution center for 2 days and took over a week to make it to its final destination. I went into the store to ask for a partial refund. They said they submitted a claim for the partial refund but I have not heard anything from UPS or the store.
