Far as shipping goes these guys are on top of their game. Returns are easy because they actually take the time in doing that service. One thing l do have against they keep sending unknown individuals pkgs to your address Still l give them a thumbs up for helping you

Worst customer service on earth. Drivers are lazy and put stickers on everyone’s door then drop all the packages at the drop off location. The chick answering her phone is in over her head. If I could cancel UPS I would. I definitely would choose to do business with this company again

I had a package ship through UPS from a retailer and Immediately my heart sank. After watching several consistent failed delivery attempts and the dreaded door tags left constantly at my complex, I thought my best chance would be to reroute the package for pickup. Even when I PAID EXTRA to have this package held at 75 Nassau Street I cannot retrieve it as the customer service center is shuttered for seemingly no reason.I apparently can't get my package on time even when I pay extra to do the last part of UPS' job for them and take the package to my own address. If I'm going to pay extra either way, I'll definitely be paying extra to avoid shipping with UPS at all in the future.

Truly bizarre! I was walking my dog between 0600 and 0700 hours. When I arrived home there was an attempted delivery note on my door. It, of course, is a Saturday and the package requires a signature. So, will it come again later today, or will it be Monday? Deliveries before 7 am are a bit unusual -- or are they?

I ordered a package to be delivered, and the estimated delivery time was 9 pm. Now I work 7-3 and am not in a area where I feel comfortable to leave my package. I was under the imoression that I would be home in time to receive this package, but they attempted delivery at 2:30pm. I had been tracking the package all day and was never given a indication that it would be delivered any earlier than 9 pm. I was told via customer service that they would to same day but the store said I wouldn't be able to do anything but hope they deliver it after 3 the next day or go pick it up after work. I feel that I wasn't helped at all and I'm the one being inconvenienced due to lack of information on UPS end.

Today I received an order from Amazon. 2 of the 3 pieces were as ordered, but the third was way off base. And I wanted to return it ASAP. So I looked up my order, printed a label and searched for a shipping terminal. UPS came up right away and wasn't far from my house. So I packed the product, and went there. The hours are now 3 to 6, and I was early. At 3 a young man came out, opened up and 5 of us went in. The young man took my package, sealed it, taped the label, asked if I wanted a receipt, I did, he printed it, I was done. In and out in 5 minutes. Now that's quality service. :)

Can't get an answer from a person at this location where my package is. Why is there not a direct phone number? I asked for it to be left via UPS My Choice but apparently that's not an option for this kind of package but of course the website didn't bother saying that. Never again UPS

I love this UPS.My job has me coming here alot, and the guy who is generally always working there, is always super efficient.Idk what they pay him, but it's not enough.Anyway, it's rare to get service this efficient at a place like UPS or FedEx, but this UPS definitely stands apart in that regard. 10/10
