I called Strong because my prescription was backordered through my usual pharmacy. The gentlemen I spoke with was so kind, helpful, and answered all of my questions. He did not seem annoyed or make me feel rushed, like I felt when conversing with my usual pharmacy about my backordered prescription.

The directions sent me to the eye area. The actual way to the destination is to the front door of hospital. Near the emergency room entrance on Elmwood ave. Your directions had me on Crittenden. If I was walking it would have taken 20 minutes and it was raining. So please fix these directions so people aren't lost depending on google maps. Air hugs

This pharmacy gives me headaches. The pharmacy techs are brutal and assume everyone is abusing their medications. I have never been talked to like that when requesting a simple refill. Do better.
