Had to get my blood drawn on a busy Saturday morning and these guys were terrific! Fast, efficient, very pleasant (this in spite of the fact that we patients are usually grumpy when we have to wait). I was very impressed. And my phlebotomist Christine M. was a rockstar, especially considering my veins are super small and hard to pin down :)

I went on a weekend and I was in and out in a half hour! I love being able to use the qr code in the parking lot to check in. I sat in my car and waited until they called me. The employees there were so sweet to me.

The paper with available hours I received is OUTDATED!!!!! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SERVICE CENTER INFO!!! Google is sometimes not updated either. This was a huge inconvenience. It was 5 pm and I was in a time crunch! S Clinton was closed so I went to the front desk and asked if there were any Labs open after 5pm. She handed me the paper and I flew down to Clinton Crossing bc it said they were open till 5:30. That was not accurate. I called Elmwood Labs bc the paper said they closed 6PM. The guy on the phone told me all Labs close now at 4pm or 5pm since Covid with an attitude like I should know. What does Covid have to do with hrs being open or closed it’s been 3 yrs since the pandemic. Anyway someone please update the lab list of available hours.

Here's the thing - you're going to have a wait. But while you're waiting keep in mind: they have absorbed patients from other labs closing, they're one of only a few open on Saturdays, and they are, I believe, the only ones open on Sundays. You may think you see people going in ahead of you but there are tests with certain time-frames they have to consider, X amount of people already in the waiting room, etc. But once you get inside...as someone who has had a lot of traumatic experiences with blood work, these phlebotomists are THE BEST. They are fast, professional, and caring. I've only had one negative experience with someone at the front desk, but it wasn't enough to overshadow the phlebotomists who are, after all, the actual reason I'm there.

I used the QR code check-in - it confirmed my submission - and then I went inside to wait. I could see that they were busy, so I understood that I would likely have to wait 30 minutes to see anyone. After an hour goes by and a couple people are starting to be seen who came in after me, I went up to the receptionist desk and told them I checked in with my phone and had been waiting an hour. The woman asked for my name and then proceeded to tell me I'm not on the list and am I sure it was submitted? I said yes and she goes, "well using your phone doesn't always submit even it says it does. you should've called us to confirm." (ummm what? I had been sitting in front of you for an hour, why would I call you?) She then goes, well it'll be another 45 minutes before you're able to be seen. Feeling angry and frustrated, I chose to leave instead and go somewhere else. While this woman wasn't snarky to me; she never apologized, she never tried to fix the situation, nothing. ZERO customer service. All it would take is, "I'm so sorry you waited so long and OUR system didn't work and left you hanging, we will get you in as soon as we can."Seriously UR, if your QR codes don't work, maybe they shouldn't be an option for signing in. And maybe teach your employees how to be apologetic when YOUR system doesn't work and leaves customers angry and frustrated.

I brought in my family member to get her lab work done we arrived at 1:15pm and didn't get seen till 2pm well the staff sat behind the desk talking. One person was waiting from 12:15 to 1:30pm before she was called back. This is unexplainable when staff ignores patience. I have worked for Rochester Regional doing the same job and never would I treat my patience this way. You all should be ashamed.

Went in today at 4 for some blood work. Checked in with the QR code at the parking lot then I went in to wait in the waiting area. You can also check in with the IPad at the door when you walk in. I waited a total of 30 minutes to be seen. There were a few people in front of me. The person who took my blood sample was super nice and made me feel calm. Got my results later tonight in MyChart.

The wait here is horrible. I ha e come here 3 different times and have waited over an hour. The system of check-in is absurd. Told 2 people were ahead of me as I watched 7 people called back. Went to check and was told only a little longer. This poor child was waiting so long and I felt so badly for him and his parents.

I showed up 20 minutes before they close on a Sunday and they got in me and out within 10 minutes from checking in. Everyone here was so nice, and the phlebotomist who drew my blood was very gentle and made the process painless.

My wait was relatively short, staff were very very friendly quick and easy. The only thing I don’t love is that I won’t receive my results for up to 3 days. And I was unaware of that, my pregnancy might kill me and I can’t wait that long for the results. I know it’s not their fault but if I had known it would take that long I never would of gone.

The clinic/lab is great. But the front desk guy Anthony Giles is rude surly condescending and loud and enjoys talking over very patient patients that have been waiting and then he takes pleasure in pointing out loudly that he and his computer screen in right !!!!

The greatest experience in this location is…the Win Experience, he (Nguyen (WIN)) is a breath of fresh air. He’s an amazing gentleman and when he takes you on The Win Journey, you will know it. He’s not just a Phlebotomist he’s the best think g that will happen to you that day!

Absolutely worse place and staff is extremely unhelpful. I couldn’t check in on my iPhone so I asked the receptionist to check me in and she refused me and told me to use the iPad in the foyer. When I asked why she can’t she told me that she was busy, yet another patient walked up right after me and she checked her in. UofR has seriously gone down hill.
