“What a fun place to shop! My teen daughter and I came in for the first time and she found a dress she will use for the prom for an amazing price. There are so many different styles/decades here and it’s just a lovely shop. Will definitely be visiting again soon when we have even more time to browse. Highly recommended place if you value sustainable fashion.”
“Best vintage shop i've been too in Rochester, super cute pieces 50s-early 2000s clothing I wanted to buy everything, if you want unique/eye catching pieces this is the place!”
“Please shop with them.. the staff is super nice here..also if you have used items please donate them here. The prices are very low. I highly recommend shopping here for your used items. I have gathered up some stuff to take over.”
“First time shopping here and definitely will be back! Had such a wonderful experience with the owners. They were so welcoming, helpful, and did not make me feel pressured into purchasing anything (though I definitely did!! ?). Such a cool place for Rochester to have!”
“The owner and the ladies that work at Kid to Kid in Rochester are amazing to do business with. They are very helpful and friendly! They are always working tirelessly to make sure needs are met in a timely fashion, even throughout the very busy season.”
“Decent selection, I appreciate the late hours and I have found some gems here when hunting. So why five stars? As alway, it is people who make the difference. Colleen, who helped me at the register, was welcoming, patient, kind, and helpful in getting the best deals. Exemplary customer service!”
“This place is really something special and definitely unique! Every piece feels personal, carefully selected and displayed. The store owner, Natalie, is incredibly kind, professional, fun, and helpful! I was very impressed by her customer service in a tough spot. She made me feel welcomed the second I walked in. I found an AMAZING Stickley oak jewlery box for an unbeatable price. I was absolutely meant to stop in Panache today. You MUST visit! An absolute Rochester gem! The clothing part of the store was also so cute. The gal working today (I believe I’ve her name was Kelly?) was so sweet as well. I found a sassy green beyond yoga dress for once again, a fraction of the original cost. Amazing deal. All around a fantastic experience!”
“Clean store with a variety of NEW and gently used clothing (infant/children/men/women). Snacks, books, Monthly holiday accessories, shoes jewelry and home goods decor!! Plenty of parking, weekly deals ($1.00 Sundays, Senior discount day every Wednesdays), dress changing booths, nice large decor bags to hold all of your goodies and a friendly staff to serve you. What more can you ask for,? right????????”
“First timer at the Clearance Center. Arrived on a Sunday at 10am. The cashier was very kind & helpful in explaining the process. Spent about 2.5 hrs here. The rotation of bins was great. Mad rush to discover new pieces of clothing with each rotation. If you are patient & willing to dig, you won't be disappointed. I found great labels and everything was in great condition. Staff were all kind and willing to help out. Some buyers were rude, but to be expected in today's society. Worth a visit. Happy Hunting!”
“So, so impressed! I assumed this was just for teenagers until I went in today. Immediately found a purse I couldn’t live without - and some classy clothes for a 46 year old! Not to mention the owner was donating a mountain of clothing I was picking up. Wonderful owner I’m thrilled to support - and very impressed!”
“Happened to be up in Henrietta and decided to take a chance on the Goodwill up there. I usually go to the Victor or the Canandaigua Goodwill and 90% of the time I walk out of there with nothing! Their inventory is always low and I’ve been going to the Victor one for years. Went a few days ago and I was in AW at how there was absolutely nothing on the shelves! Needless to say I’ve been looking for a black winter jacket and haven’t had any luck at those Goodwills. Even though I stop in there on a regular basis. Not only did I find a black winter jacket at the Henrietta Goodwill but I found two! And a lot more things that I’ve been on the look out for a long time! I highly recommend going to the Henrietta Goodwill! They have way MORE inventory and you’ll find what you are looking for plus some! The only downside is that everything is not in size/gender order. So if you’re going to be shopping there expect to spend some time going through every isles. I’d rather have inventory to look through than bare shelves and racks. Also that’s the fun in thrifting, you never know what you’re going to find. Happy thrifting!”
“I bought this wonderful hat from platos. It's a bailey of Hollywood hat, their Tino. A hat retailed at 130 dollars. I got it for 10. This store has a lot of great finds.”
“My teenage daughter heard about this store from a friend. We were greeted immediately by a friendly face, offered assistance, and loved the positive environment. We left with some awesome skirts, great smelling incense, and a couple cool pins. Top of the line customer service! We will be back.”
