“Shopped here last year for a prom dress so came back for a homecoming dress. Went out of their way to go to the basement and grab a couple of bags of clothes they thought might have some things we'd like when the stock on the racks didn't yield any winners for us. Fortunately the basement bags turned up a couple of winners so we left happy and will definitely be back for more - more clothing, more incense, more rings, more fun!”

“This shop is a dream. I spent a good chunk of time looking through the shop but could’ve easily spent the whole day browsing the wonderfully curated selection. I travel for work and have been to vintage shops in cities across the country, and this one has got to be the best I’ve been to for both quantity AND quality. Not only is there a very vast selection, but it’s obvious that each item was chosen with such care and intention. I will for sure be back next time I’m in Rochester.”

“I'm so glad this place exists! It's an adorable, boutique-style consignment store. They are open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month (the website is kept updated with the next open date). They have a good selection of everything - even bras, swimsuits, and some nursing clothes. Good prices for quality used items - everything is in clean, excellent condition. As I shopped, the owner would occasionally ask to take my handful of items to the dressing room, which added to the enjoyable shopping experience.”

“This is my favorite thrift store in Rochester so far. Such a wide selection of items at cheap thrift store prices; when I got to the register, I found out they were having a sale, so I paid about half of what I expected to. Clothes, books, furniture, kitchen goods, decorations, CDs, whatever you could think of - I found it there. Merchandise was well-organized for a thrift store and it was pretty easy to find what I was looking for. Would go much more regularly if it was more easily accessible by bus (bring a car or take an Uber if you're trying to get there).”

“I love the idea of recycled clothing and toys! Kids grow out of things so quickly. I've had a good few experiences with selling my clothes to the store as well. I appreciate the cash or store credit idea. I usually take credit as you get more and my kid will always need something. The people there are pleasant. There is a big selection and sometimes you can get great deals with the sales. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I'm glad it's so close to my house.”

“I make the drive in from Buffalo at least once per month. I shop for myself and clients. Panache Home always has the best selection of higher end brands in excellent condition, at a great price!. You can find everything from Mackenzie Childs to a Japanese foot bath planter! If you want well made things, if you want a home that is collected, this is an amazing place to shop.”

“I'm writing this review for book lovers, for the simple fact is that Goodwill (and Savers and the Salvation Army) have simply become the best book stores in the nation. Barnes & Noble--wonderful as the Pittsford NY location is--has become more of a cafe, toy store, and CD/DVD distribution hub than a book store. Worse, the mental plague that is Woke is finely grinding down the very last national book story chain, Barnes & Noble, like quality coffee beans. There are LGBTQ+ displays, anti-racist displays, marginalized-minority-of-the-month displays, gay posters displayed in the children's section, but where are the contrasting views? Barnes & Noble is such a blessing to the community that I have no wish to fault it for the mild way it pushes certain books and downplays others. My point is only that this doesn't happen at all in Goodwill. Books of every sort appear, new, old, self-published, controversial, contrarian, bizarro, the works. The prices are incredibly affordable, condition varies, but if you want to come across not merely good books but titles and content that surprise you, there is only Goodwill and its charitable colleagues. It's the only book store where you can see the American mind in something like a comprehensive display.”

“Amazing place to find well, literally anything! On 1/5/24 I found an Apple Watch at the very bottom of a bin and since it was dead and under a pile of Christmas lights, I assumed it was junk and wouldn’t work. For about $0.08 I bought it, took it home and stuck it on a charger. Well guess what! It came to life, works great, holds a charge for nearly 9 hours and the best part - it’s unpaired and there’s barely a scratch on it!! Loving my new Apple Watch from the bins!! It’s been working flawlessly for 2 days!”

“Really great second-hand store with well-curated collection of items. I’ve even gotten new Bath and Body Works scented lotion for a fraction of the store price. They sell Lululemon and other high end brands for a fraction of the price. I’ve never walked out without something great , often new with tags, and I think the prices are really great.”

“Huge money saver for this single dad! I'm new to the Closet (as my kids say it).I'm loving this. I literally just bought 2 pairs of Jean's, 4 shirts, and a pair of shoes... all name brand high end things.... ready? 47 bucks!! It's awesome. I even went back and got 25 dollars in credit trading in my kids clothes they outgrew. It's really a gem and I hope they keep up what they're doing. !!”
