“A good variety of women’s clothing here. Displayed nicely (though tightly many times, there’s a lot) and the changing rooms are very nice. Overall clean and a positive atmosphere. Prices can be a bit higher but sometimes there are sales via text if you sign up.
The brands are on the higher end than, say, goodwill. Sometimes I see some Shein items. I don’t think the store should sell clothes that poor alongside the quality brands. But this is a rare occurrence.”
“Very good place to shop for clothes and house stuff. Some things are new with tags on them. The workers there was very friendly they welcome me to the store with a hello and goodbye. They place was neat and organized, quiet. I will be returning to this store again.”
“I always have fun and find some treasures. We went for about an hour or so and they switched out some of the clothes when we got there and some of the home goods when we were leaving. Everyone runs to the new bins but it wasn’t crazy. The staff were friendly. Checking out took a while because people were sorting their items at the register but wasn’t too bad.”
“Happened to be up in Henrietta and decided to take a chance on the Goodwill up there. I usually go to the Victor or the Canandaigua Goodwill and 90% of the time I walk out of there with nothing! Their inventory is always low and I’ve been going to the Victor one for years. Went a few days ago and I was in AW at how there was absolutely nothing on the shelves! Needless to say I’ve been looking for a black winter jacket and haven’t had any luck at those Goodwills. Even though I stop in there on a regular basis. Not only did I find a black winter jacket at the Henrietta Goodwill but I found two! And a lot more things that I’ve been on the look out for a long time! I highly recommend going to the Henrietta Goodwill! They have way MORE inventory and you’ll find what you are looking for plus some! The only downside is that everything is not in size/gender order. So if you’re going to be shopping there expect to spend some time going through every isles. I’d rather have inventory to look through than bare shelves and racks. Also that’s the fun in thrifting, you never know what you’re going to find. Happy thrifting!”
“Store is mostly for young adults and smaller ladies. I went in looking for a purse. Didnt find anything, but happy to see they are still in business and employing young people..
Atmosphere is a little dark and as a business consultant i’d absolutely advise on better lighting.
Update: After reading the response from the store about the lighting, Im updating my 4 stars to 5! This is what business is about.”
