Its ridicules how the manager of this place maneje situations here. One of her employe keep sending my mail's back.I went there talk to her. She's going to call me bu saying that she could do nothing of this situation because. So she its waiting for us to make the first move for her do something. She sucks like a manager there.

I scheduled a passport photo appointment ahead of time, and the man (Will) helping me was very friendly and thorough! Will was managing my passport photo and questions, as well as efficiently taking care of the other customers. Thank you Will!

They mis-delivered my package and told me it was irretrievable, it was a one of a kind original family photo. They never ring the doorbell and just leave a Sorry We Missed You slip, even though multiple people were home. The doorbell works. Get it together and stop being careless! I don't even trust them to do the bare minimum. The guy that works the desk is really nice but that's all I can say.
