They are very friendly, but the hours here are odd. Why does it open so late and close for over an hour mid day. This neighborhood seems to always have reduced services. It is a shame.

The lady at the counter is always helpful and kind. She is very patient. There isn't normally a long wait time to be serviced.

Nice lady, I was filling out a label in the outer lobby and she popped out to say she was about to go to lunch but would wait if I was almost ready. Good vibes

VERY RUDE, NASTY DISPOSITION BY EVERYONE IN THERE. I VISITED 11.2.23 TO RENT A PO BOX. I UNDERSTAND USPS HAS THEIR POLICIES. THAT'S NO REASON TO SPEAK DISRESPECTFULY, NASTY OR RUDE TO PPL. JUST THE OVERALL ENERGY AND ATMOSPHERE WAS TERRIBLE! YOUR ATTITUDE WAS LIKE I WAS DISRUPTING YOUR DAY! IT'S BECAUSE OF CUSTOMERS AND CONSUMERS THAT YOU EVEN HAVE THIS JOB! YOU ALL NEED TO TAKE A CLASS ON COMMUNICATION. IN MY OPINION, IT PROBABLY WOULDN'T HELP. I WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN "0" STARS. THAT'S HOW AWFUL THE SERVICE WAS THERE. I RECKON YOU TREAT YOUR REGULARS BETTER, TO KEEP THIS SPOT OPEN. BUT AS FAR AS GETTING NEW CUSTOMERS, I DON'T SEE HOW YOUR POST OFFICE SPOT WILL PAN OUT IN THE FUTURE. I'D LIKE TO ADD BE CAREFUL HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE, BECAUSE IT ALWAYS COMES BACK ON YOU. I KNOW YOU'LL REMEMBER ME BECAUSE I CAME IN WITH A BRIGHT & POLITE DISPOSITION, WHICH OBVIOUSLY, PUT A CROOK IN YOUR NECK, AND A CROOK IN YOUR ASSOCIATES EYES, FOR YOU TO SPEAK SIDEWAYS, NASTY AND RUDE TO ME. AND YOUR ASSOCIATE, IF SHE ROLLED HER EYES ANYMORE, HER EYES MIGHT WOULD HAVE FALLEN OUT HER HEAD!!!

I Always get there a few minutes after it opens in the morning. Usually there is one other person being serviced by the window clerk.
