If I could give 0 to just one person I would, name is Lee and I came in today checking for some mail and since we came in he was being rude. I came yesterday and the person that helped me was amazing. But today omg he was awful hope he understands how to treat ppl better

My husband paid for his permit on the 20’th of february and it says it was mailed on the 24th it’s been more that 7-10 days and still no permit??? What are yall doing? His temporary one expires next week and I call them they say they are going to investigate but no phone call nothing like why??

Lousy parking, one-way parking lot, always a line out the door, never has supplies readily available, no space to prep packages, and they do not follow their own policy on stop-mail requests. Even our mail carrier was annoyed.

I’ll informed workers who possibly just didn’t want to do much. Went in for new passport app. with previous passport (which can be used as proof of citizenship); yet, was still turned away. Went to Greece with original birth certificate and they only took the old passport with no issues. People should not have to waste travel money in this economy, for reasons like this.

I had an important document to be delivered so I mailed it 2 weeks in advance to be safe. The post office staff typed in the wrong address and now it's stuck somewhere. I went there physically to inquire about this and they were of no help. They told me it is out of their control. I mean how? One of your workers put in the wrong address and how does that become the customers problem. So if you have something important to be mailed please use other services like UPS or Fedex.
