I had an important document to be delivered so I mailed it 2 weeks in advance to be safe. The post office staff typed in the wrong address and now it's stuck somewhere. I went there physically to inquire about this and they were of no help. They told me it is out of their control. I mean how? One of your workers put in the wrong address and how does that become the customers problem. So if you have something important to be mailed please use other services like UPS or Fedex.

Arrived at Post Office at 8:30 and sign in lobby says open at 7:30. They were not open and did not open until 9. That is very bad business.

About the worst configured post office in the country. Limited boxes, no tape, and no labels available.Staff is slow too.I should have used UPS; at least they want my business. This place isn’t trying at all.If you require no interaction, this might be ok.

I have had a PO BOX for several years at the Iroquois location. For some reason I can never receive my packages when they arrive. Some times I have to wait 2-3 days because they don’t have it sorted or tell me it hasn’t been delivered despite having the confirmation that it was. The line is always extra long and staff are often rude.

I've called 2 weeks straight at different times and not one time has the phone been answered. Just the worse experience when you depend on the service. I have always supported the rights and fairness of the usps staff, this just left a bad taste in my mouth. Do better, y'all.

After a rocky start and our mail being delivered to the wrong address on a regular basis I have to say our "Newish" mail carrier is doing a FANTASIC job here on Long Acre Rd. He is the BEST! Thank you so much for taking the time and caring that our mail is being delivered appropriately.

This is crazy. I moved here since March 2023 and I had at least 20 packages and not a single one of them delivered properly.I live in Hudson Ridge tower which every apartment has separate mail box. The building manager and his staff are available in office hours and the building has 24/7 security. In addition they can put the package in front of my apartment. Plus I provided my phone number to them just in case they had any problem delivering mails or package, so they can call me and I can come downstairs and receive the package/s. Yet for every single package they don't deliver it.Just for an example, I was waiting 3 months to receive some documents from my friend in Turkey. I had tracking number and I called several times. they didn't deliver it. I had to call at least 100 times to higher people in post office. they returned it 4 times to Turkey back and forth. Eventually I had to use another friend's address to receive it.Last week I was waiting another package. they sent a text message saying we couldn't deliver your package. The time of the message was 6:02 pm. It happened that I was downstairs at that time talking with security. Next day when I saw the message I went and ask the security, and she told me nobody showed up or bring anything for you!I called the post office today 44 times so far and nobody answer the phone.I am disabled and I receive my medicine by post. and they are time sensitive. Last time when I had a chance to talk with them, they said you have to come here and receive it.I don't think so. I make an online purchase.I pay for delivery and it's their job to deliver it. not to put it in their office and wait for me to pick it up.I believe they are some lazy irresponsible people who don't do their job properly and don't care about people. They just sit in their comfort office and don't deliver it at all. Unfortunately their managers have their back. I talk with their manager and he is the worst.These people need to hold accountable for not doing their job properly.
