I'm not sure how a place that does oil changes constantly do not have filters for a car. It's a 2023 so definitely not an obscure vehicle. It's like the 6th time I've tried in the past year. Seriously ridiculous.

Brought my car in for an oil change. The mechanic broke the drain plug insert. I had to have the car towed and repaired at the dealership. $850. They took no blame and no apology then denied my claim! Guess it’s small claims court.

We stopped in to have a back light changed and my card wasn't working for some reason. Instead of turning me away, they replaced it for free. You don't expect this type of service and understanding nowadays. Thank you very much!

i had a scheduled oil change and drove in from Ontario NY. when I get there I am told it will be a 2 and a half hour wait. No one called me and told me this. When I asked to talk to a manager they sent me to an office where 3 girls were sitting there looking at their phones and had no answer to help me. No manager so I left and will never go back again. I have purchased at least 10 or more cars from Dorshel but never again. Dan Palmieri

Quick oil change for a decent price is why we went. Found out car was serviced, but employees were to busy chatting in a group in front of the car to actually service the vehicle. Was told to leave and had to remind them that I needed my receipt still. Next day I have an oil appt on the floor of the garage from my 2021 vehicle - makes me think the oil drain plug was not replaced correctly.Service: Oil change

Went for a simple oil change and my dirty air filter was put back in upside down. My check engine light came on and car was shut down to half power. I went back into the Valvoline, and they told me to take it to the dealership, Sunday afternoon, dealerships were closed I was stranded 60 miles from home!!! They paid the tow and repair fee but not for me having to find a way home and to work for 2 days while my car was being fixed.

I had such a great experience here! The workers were so mindful and efficient, asking cars what they needed and having them move around based on order of arrival and service, they gladly took coupons and were extremely helpful, They were honest and quick. Defiantly the best service I've had at this location. The woman who cashed me out was wonderful, im not sure of here name but she was a blonde and Id go back just because of her service alone.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I went to get an oil change and I literally just wanted an oil change because I didn’t have time to do it myself. They decided to “test” my battery and messed up my sound system and unplugged my wire that was connected to my system. No one told me anything. I popped the hood of my car and just saw my 4 gauge wire that is connected to my amplifier and and is supposed to be connected to my battery, but they pulled it out. Very unprofessional, extremely frustrating and inconsiderate. Next time I’ll change my freaking oil myself.***Edited to add that they did fix the problem when I brought it to their attention, but it’s annoying that it happened and I still have to go back to the person that installed my system originally to have them redo the settings.
