Stopped i to the store because I was interested in home internet. I had the great pleasure of working with Mike Liberti. He was able to get me a great bundle deal on a s25 ultra and home internet. And I am receiving a 43 inch TV from Verizon. Now that is some great customer service. Thank you again Mike

My experience with Mike Liberti was amazing, he is very kind and patient. My mother and I came in before and worked with Mike and after reflecting on our past experience we requested to work with him specifically! He helped me with an upgrade on my phone and explained everything in great detail with an astounding attitude. He truly cares for his customers, keep up the great work Mike!

Has to stop into the University store because I was having issues with my texting. I had the honor of working with Mike Liberti. He help me by replacing my Sim card and my text messages started working. He also mentioned that my daughter and I both had some great offers for new phones and also have a bundle of streaming service for a fantastic deal. The home internet was not available in my area but Mike made sure to put me on a list to get notified when available. Thank you for the customer service!

Has to stop into the store because I was have service issues. I was able to work with Mike Liberti and he checked over my phone plan and noticed that I needed to upgrade my service. All the times I've come in here, I've gotten answers and my problems have been solved!
Denzel helped me set up my S24+ by transferring my phone number, no problem.
Due to the fact that I went from an Apple back to an Android (I hate Apple), all the texts from iMessage weren't going to my Android. I came in again and spoke with ..
I believe it was Tom? He completely disconnected my phone number from my Apple account or something of similar nature... the texts started coming to my phone again, hahaha.
Then I came today to set up my Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro, but Mike asked Gemini why it wasn't syncing only for us to discover that it's simply not compatible with my S24+...
