We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.

Top customer service experience I've ever had. I went in asking for an upgrade on my current phone and to add a new person to the plan from AT&T and get them an Iphone 14. Elijah was wonderful throughout the experience, answering all of my questions and taking us through the process step by step. Manager Ashley came over when it was time for his lunch break and took over. She was so patient with us and helped us transfer all of our information to our new phones and answered all the questions we had not only about our phones, but I was curious about Internet plans as well. She gave detailed responses and wasn't pushing us to make any decisions we weren't ready to make. I genuinely appreciate all of their time and efforts and will be going back to this location should I need anything in the future!

This store is so bad that I have left in tears--dreadful. One worker told me that Verizon wants them to only spend 10-15 minutes with the customer. The only thing good I have to say about it is that the parking is OK and there are nice stores to shop in nearby. I will never go there again.

Make an appointment before you walk through the door. The staff might be nice and helpful, but you will feel like a second class citizen no matter what. It's probably easier to buy an AR 15 than it is to get a phone, let alone have someone here answer a simple question.

Went in right at 10am without an appointment and a broken phone -- desperate times. I was greeted by Don who was just getting the store opened up. Explained my situation and he tried his best to resurrect my dead phone, but Wednesday is no day for miracles. He advised me well and set me up with a great phone (Samsung 22 Ultra) at an even better price. Don worked the family plan so well that I left paying less than before, with unlimited, and a bunch of free streaming services. He even installed my screen protector and case. Thanks, Don -- you turned a minor modern crisis into a big win.

They took 20 minutes to give me an order that was placed online and that I was told was ready for pickup. I just kept getting ignored and there were only 2 or 3 other customers in the store so it’s not like they were overwhelmingly busy either. I was really trying to be polite and understanding even though I shouldn’t have had to wait that long but the employees still made no effort to be polite or even apologize for the wait.

This store has no concept of customer service.We had an appt on Tuesday at 6pm. They modified us by text that we were rescheduled for Wednesday at 7.No reason was given. We arrived to the store on Wednesday at 7pm and were told after 10minutes that our sales person was on a call helping a customer. Omar ( customer service) totally ignored us for at least 20 minutes. I finally approached him and asked about our appt. . He basically said he was busy and would not be able to help us .basically, make another appt. .

Awful customer service. Showed up was told to come back b/c they were too busy. Told me to book an appointment online. I booked an appointment online for a few hours later. Showed up was told how surprised they were I got an appointment . Meanwhile there was no other customer in the store & 3 Verizon employees just huddled together talking with each other . The Verizon employee who waited on me said “oh sorry we have no more iPhones left. I asked why not post that you are out of inventory so customers don’t travel all the way here to be told you have none in stock ? He said “that’s above my pay grade.” The Pittsford Plaza Verizon store is awful. Please don’t waste your time. They certainly don’t care about it & the management must not care either .

I wish I could give them zero stars. I came on Saturday to purchase a new phone and was told I should make an appointment so I did for the next Friday. Thursday I received a text reminding me about the appointment. I show up for my appointment they are closed with a note in the door saying they have a staffing problem. They texted me the day before, why didn’t they text me to tell me they were closed ?
