I went in today to get my sims card reactivate, and Scott was able to assist me and get me a new Sim card and go over my bill so I would be able to save money.
Update: I went to collect the phones I ordered on December 2. Unfortunately, when I visited the store that day, Scott, the representative I had been working with, was unavailable, and I had to deal with someone else. This turned out to be a major mistake. The new associate frequently had to consult her manager for assistance while I was trying to place my order and change my plan. When I returned to pick up the phones yesterday, she still required her manager's help. I’m disheartened to say that my experience with Misty has left me regretting my time there. If I ever find myself at that store again and see her, I won’t hesitate to leave.

I've had a few of the worst days of my life recently and it all came to a head when I broke my phone. I came into the Dewey Ave cellular sales and Mike changed all that. His relentless positivity kept me on track. He kept referring to the journey we were going on and I genuinely believe he was my shaman. Mike's clarity was another thing that I found refreshing because of all the potentially confusing details, he made it all so easy!
