This is the best kept secret in Rochester NY. Or the surrou do g suburbs close by. The customer service is fantastic and they jump out of their chair to fret you and tell you everything. I was getting a education on cellphones. So I didn't need to call my daughter. Best spot to go for quick efficient service and friendly too. Close parking to entrance. I wish they wouldn't close it.

My sister and I are so happy that we met and worked with Ben! He helped us navigate the process of buying two Iphones, 2 Ipads, and switching me from one family plan to another. It took quite some time and through it all, Ben remained professional and patient. My sister and I are “older” and struggle with the most basic aspects of technology. (To put it lightly..) Not only did he get us through the process of learning the new products, he offered to help us anytime that we needed it in the future. And he meant it! We have been back 3 or 4 times now and each time he is as patient with us, as he was, the first day that we bought the products. Ben even came out to the parking lot to help me figure out how to set up the new technology for my car. (That just amazed me!) I’m so happy that we bought our new Apple products through Verizon and especially Ben. Every time I have a question, he invites me back to the store and in minutes, I have learned new “skills”. I should be embarrassed for some of the things he “figures out” for me, but he never makes me feel that way at all! Thank you Ben - you truly are the best!!

Absolutely the most frustrating experience in switching networks. First, my husband was in the store for over 7 hours with the people trying to figure out how to get his watch to work. When we finally came home, the sales man had NEVER EVEN SET UP THE PHONES. We had no service or phone all night until we had to call the next day where we spent 5 hours on the phone getting service hooked up. Then, weeks later we find out that they never contacted AT&T to shut off service AND WE CONTINUED TO GET CHARGED FOR BOTH. Store might as well be shut down because it barely functions as the bare minimum a cell service phone should. Never again will I go to this store, buy your things online. Don’t waste your time.

I have just done a business transaction with Kenneth Hammond at your Penfield store. I am more than pleased with his professional approach with my transaction and needs, desires, and wants. He answered every question I had. He was very courteous, kind and had all kinds of knowledge. This is my second time doing business with this young man. I personally contacted him. I am more than pleased with his service. He more than exemplifies your company.

Time well spent at our favorite Verizon store,,. Made the move to a smart phone and Keñny was so very helpful. I wish this location wasn't closing but we will stay with this team where ever big difference in customer service over the other two we have been to. He Also helped my son with insurance claim. A wealth of knowledge. Thanks Kenny

Simply put, their customer service at this particular location is exceptional and it starts with Verizon representative Mr. James Ling. I recently came into the store after my phone's screen went dead which left my phone inoperable. It was approximately 30 minutes before store closing time. I was in a competitor's store a few hours earlier and was in the process of transitioning from Verizon to this competitor solely based on an incentive due to my employment that I couldn't pass up. The process to switch over this new provider was a complete disaster and I walked away with no phone and was told to come back in 10 days and given no further instructions. I decided to go to this Verizon store to see what my options were to get a temporary phone. I was immediately greeted by a rep who was working with another customer and asked me how I could be helped. Shortly thereafter, Mr. James Ling, who was dressed professionally and presented himself very well, introduced himself and I explained the conundrum that I was in. James immediately understood my situation and agreed that what this provider was offering me could not be matched by Verizon. Knowing I needed a phone for only 10 days he wanted to save me the hassle of having to go through the motions of buying a brand new phone when I would be returning it in less than 2 weeks. James attempted to find me a working back up phone at the store but both phones on hand were having some issues. James paused for a little bit and looked at his clock and started thinking. He mentioned it was getting late and he didn't want to inconvenience me by having me come back tomorrow. I was preparing for him to tell me that unfortunately I will have to buy a new phone. Then just as I was about to tell him I understand if I have to buy a phone, James pulls his own phone out of his pocket takes out his sim card and asks me for mine. He then puts my sim card in his phone and hands me his phone and helps me set things up. He then says to just bring it back when I get my other phone and he will help me if I have any issues with carrying information over on the new phone. I asked him if I owed him anything and of course he said no.I was completely blown away. James let me borrow his actual phone! I'm just some random customer who was in a bind and one who is in the process of switching to another provider at that. And yet James treated me like i was part of his family. Amazing! In all my years of customer service experience, I don't think I have ever seen someone go above and beyond like James did. Verizon's customer service is second to none and that is because of exceptional human beings like James.Thank you James! You are one of a kind.GOD Bless!

I ordered a new phone through Verizon during COVID, and never received it due to their error. I fortunately discovered that the Cellular Sales Panorama location was open - and had the best customer service experience ever. From my initial phone call with Kenny Hammond through the purchase of a new phone and iPad, I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge and with the time he took to walk me through all of the options available. Kenny's level of service goes FAR beyond anything I have ever received at a Verizon location. When I had further questions and needed help the following day, he met with me again to answer them, and I know he would continue to help if I needed it.

This is NOT a corporate store and the sales people are deceitful. When I returned to this location and gave them an opportunity to fix their mistakes. and make right on their false claims they refused. I am now unable to replace this phone as the corporate store can't help me since this is a third party retailer. I would avoid this location at all costs. They give false information and are not customer orientedm. They work solely on what their promotional deal is for them

I went to the Panorama Trail location to purchase 2 new phones. I was waited on by Brianna. She is super friendly, very knowledgeable and very personable. She assisted my son and I with switching over our old phones and even gave me her phone number in case i had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her for any of your cellular needs!!!

Shame on Verizon for refusing to give us the $300 rebate that they promissed for one of our trade in iphones even though they have documention on their computer notes that they tricked us into adding another line by promising a Christmas 2019 rebate for upgrading to a new iphone XR. They had us mail in our previous iphone an told us to wait for the rebate in the next statement and they never gave it. The last supervisor then lied and said that they cant find ANY promotions for 2019 Black Friday and Christmas. That's a flat out lie! Verizon is a bully and a scam for doing this to a first responder. SHAME on VERIZON!
