Jasmine Garner was my rep who helped me with my new Google phone 3,.months ago and was very helpful in getting my new phone.
I am here for another appt on 7/13 assisting me with a phone issue and calling into assistance. They didn't have a helpful answer. Came up another answer In hopes it will work.

I decided to stop into store because I need help with my phone. I was met at the door by Mike Liberti. I explained to him that I wanted to remove some apps. He was showed me how to remove apps after he removed some. He gave sticky so that I could save it and remember when I needed to in the future. Thank you

Had to stop into the store because I was having issues with my phone. Had the honor of working with Mike Liberti. He was fast and friendly. He was able to clear up all the junk on my phone for me and made sure the I had plenty of space on my phone. I appreciate the customer service and now I can enjoy the rest of this beautiful day!

Had to stop into the store to because my phone had fallen into the pool. I had the opportunity to work with Mike Liberti. He was able to get me into a new phone. I was worried that I would not be able to get my information from my old phone. Mike told me to go home and get my laptop and he was able to get all my information back on to my new phone. I greatly appreciate the customer service. Thank you!

I decided to stop by Verizon because I needed more data. I was able to work with Mike Liberti. He was able to assist me in getting more data and hotspot for my phone. He also mention some ways to assist when I go out of the country and told me about alma great deal on a new phone. Thank you for the customer service!

Shout out to the woman who told me my phone was off because I didn’t pay my bill. If you didn’t want to do your job yesterday then quit. I will be back tomorrow though, I need a new SIM card and yes I want to deal with her again so same time tomorrow with my kid.

Stopped into the store to see my representative Mike Liberti. I always enjoy working with Mike. He usually doesn't work at the Ridge location but always makes time to for me. It's always a pleasure. He helped me set up my auto-pay. I will always work with Moke because he makes me feel like a VIP. Thank you again!

Worst store ever, I was treated badly and over charged to buy an iPhone 13 and keep my plan. They had me wait for over 60 days to unlock my iPhone at the end of the 60 days period my phone was still locked and the kept tossing me to costumer service who told me that they should be able to unlock it at the store. Called them again and they said that I need to pay more to unlock my phone even though I already paid for everything when I purchased the iphone. Do yourself a favor and go to different locations because they don’t know how to do their job.
Still worst service ever keep bouncing me back and forth and hold my info to get my phone unlocked, yet still asking to pay more for the service.

Stopped into the east ridge store with phone issues. I was greeted by Mike Liberti upon entering the store. He did all he could to fix the phone. Mike made the process of buying and upgrading the phone easy and seamless. I appreciate everything he did to make everything easy while understanding the pros and cons of each option.
