The staff’s only mission is to make you feel miserable and get you out of there asap. If you don’t like your job make yourself a favour and go find your purpose in life instead of mopping around in a clothing store looking like a sad puppy.

Ordered sneakers online with a promo code. They were too big. Took them to the store to exchange and was told I had to pay the difference of the discount. Amounts didn’t match up. Manager couldn’t explain why.

Greece location. If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star. Their customer service is complete trash. You have workers sitting around on their phone, another worker rushing me to give her a size when I was clearly sizing my infants foot. Then rudely stated the crocs don’t run in a size 3 even though I just had a size 3 in my hand.. from their wall.. Another stepped in which I believe was the manager ended up getting us the size 3 but literally said nothing after.. Everytime I go in there the workers just have straight attitude just looking miserable.

I only shop here for essentials. White forces and Timbs the clothes are trash. Soldme a worn pair. They were laced up and everything. I think I’m just going to stick to the internet for clothes .

DTLR promotes a GREAT atmosphere and customer service alike. HOWEVER, they have a " Return Policy " that is NOT SOO customer oriented, and they, the STAFF, fall short of bringing this policy to the customer's attention. IF you happen to buy ANYTHING from EITHER of it's, DTLR, locations, KNOW YOUR size, or MAKE an ATTEMPT to try it on before leaving the establishment. I say ALL of this because, they have a NO CASH REFUND, STORE CREDIT POLICY ONLY, on CASH transactions ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. I, STRONGLY, believe that this a GROSSLY ABSURD policy that has been put in place by this company. DTLR is a multi million dollar/ year company, which can gain NOR lose anything by allowing, probably very rare, returns to be refunded with CASH. I, STRONGLY, feel that DTLR NEEDS to reassess this part of their STORE POLICY, N TRULY put the CUSTOMER, FIRST!!!!!!!! Fore without US, THEE CUSTOMER, there is NO DTLR.

Purchased shoes a few weeks ago and they happened to be a mismate (two different size shoes) I work in retail so I know it’s hard with out approval from store managers and district managers to do exchanges. I spoke to the DM out in Syracuse and corporate customer service and everyone was amazing and helpful. I went back the next day (after the initial first rejection of exchange) and was taken care of and left with a new pair of shoes and cleaner that I absolutely love. From SM down to sales I really appreciate the help and excellent customer service ?
