Extremely disappointed! I purchased a 2020 GMC terrain about 6 months ago, had no clue that my two front tires were completely bald until the weather got bad.. I called to speak to somebody about it and my first phone call was with a man named Dino ..he told me to come in the next day that he needed to see my tires in order to figure out what was going on.. brought my truck in the next afternoon dino wasn't there ( he specifically told me to ask for him) you had to talk to somebody else, the gentleman seemed really nice he measured my tread and confirmed that my two front tires were basically bald after I was told that they were brand new at $25,000 miles and my truck is at 34,000 miles... We were told somebody would call us back that night or the next morning and never heard anything, I've called a handful of times and left voicemails and nobody has returned any of my calls. I'm 20 minutes away with a vehicle that I cannot drive safely right now especially with my children in this weather.. if I would have known 6 months ago this was the kind of service they give I never would have bought this vehicle from them.. this has to do with the safety! .. UPDATE: I ended up having to drive out there Monday morning and ask to speak to the sales manager, I explained what was going on and even though nobody has still given a reason on why nobody answers their phones or why nobody called me back.. he agreed to replace the two front tires giving me one for free ( the tire was $150 he agreed to give it to me for 125 but after all the taxes and fees mounting the tires etc it ended up being 173) I don't believe I shouldve had to pay for anything but I needed my vehicle to be safe.. so I waited roughly an hour and a half for them to do my tires.. after talking to the sales manager we decided we wanted to have the two back tires done so I wouldn't have two different brands of tires on my truck, ( the michelins that I had on my truck were supposedly discontinued) he had to order the other tires, I was told that him personally would call me and let me know when those tires were there which should have been by the next morning at the latest.. and what a shocker nobody called.. I'm done being the one trying to get a hold of them.. nobody ever calls when they say they're going to or answers the phone or calls back ...I'll be taking my truck somewhere else from now on.

Waiting 1-1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Come to find out that the tires were probalby never rotated as the vehicle was returned with the exact same low pressure readings on ever signal tire. Computer was not working so no receipt was provided. I have been waiting for them to send it to me. Left a voice mail, couldn't get to a real person t (3 days ago) and have yet to have my phone call returned. Frustrated I went on line later that evening to their chat feature. Person at other end last sentence was: Jessica (12/18/23 18:49:48 pm): I have that noted! I see that your information was already submitted. My team will contact you as soon as possible. Thank you for visiting us. Have a great day.I have yet to hear back from ANYONE. This was my first dealing with service department at Vision and was very disappointed. The only saving grace was the gentlemen at the counter, he seemed customer oriented. Trying to reach someone there via phone or online is IMPOSSIBLE and service was not provided as stated.UPDATE: A few minutes after posting above review, I was contacted by Kyle, who was very helpful and professional. Issue has been resolved and all interactions after initial review have been positive. Thank you!

Great experience! I bought mine and my wife's cars there.The finance managers, Joel and Ashley, took great care of us. They got us covered with a great deal on the bumper to bumper extended warranty, so we don't have to worry about anything unexpected happening to our vehicles.

For the last half of November I went on a car shopping venture... Vision Buick was one that I evaluated for purchasing an SUV ... though they were not my final choice, I would like to give mention of the professional trustworthy integrity and fairness in negotiating for both the salesperson Rich McDowell and the Manager Tom Camp ... my only reason for not purchasing through them were some features that I wanted but were not included with their vehicle... I would recommend them highly for any interest in a Buick or GMC product

I've been shopping around for a car and my husband mentioned Vision Buick GMC. We went on Tuesday and spoke with salesman Joe. He was amazing! Never pushy or forceful. We asked a million questions and he answered all of them. We went on Friday to officially pick up the car and had to speak with business manager Joel. We also asked him a million questions and he look his time to show us all of our options. At no point did either of them get annoyed or rude because of all the questions. They are both amazing and we are definitely recommending Vision Buick to everyone! Thank you guys for all your help and patience!!! I love my new car!!!

Took car in on Monday for a Wednesday appointment (had to take early because of schedule). Was called on Tuesday and told car would probably be ready by Wednesday later in afternoon. Called dealership on Wednesday afternoon as had not heard back and was disconnected three times from the service department. Once got through left a message and got no return call. Thursday late morning called again and again disconnected several times. Finally was able to leave a message and no return call. Ended up driving to dealership after work to find out what was going on. Finally was able to pick up car on Friday afternoon. No return calls, no kind of correspondence whatsoever until I physically drove to dealership. This is unacceptable!

Went in for a scheduled oil change. While checking in I let the person know I had a coupon. the service person told me we don’t do those anymore. I responded with well I have one left on this card which was when I purchased the vehicle. His response was “doesn’t matter”. I then asked for the manager. His response “ I Am The Manager” in an arrogant tone. I then tossed the card over the counter and told him where to go and walked out. I will never do service there again and also I am in the market this fall for a new truck. I will go elsewhere where people value their customers. I used to be a customer for life but now I will be telling people not to return as they do not value their customers. Place went downhill with the buyout.

OUT OF STATE PURCHASE BEWARE! My experience started amazing. I was over the top impressed as I worked with Nico to purchase our dream truck. Being from Ohio I was worried about the out of state plates situation. I was assured it would be a breeze as they sell vehicles all over the country. The temp tags expiration neared and as I called the dealership, I couldn’t get anyone to assist me and they began to avoid my calls. Tom Camp the Sales manager along with all management will not help me.Apparently it’s impossible to be transferred to the Title Clerk in the adjoining building. Here I sit with a truck I can’t drive and no paperwork to be able to get plates. I had to create a case with GMC Corporate- hopefully I will be able to drive this truck again.

Very unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle from them recently from out of state. They were very responsive in the beginning. Then when I wanted to purchase no one would returne my call. They promised many extras that I appreciated like detailing & rust proofing . When my vehicle arrived neither were done.The financing manager was very rude to me & my banker. It seemed like this was the first car they have sold.I definitely would not go there again or recommend.I gave them a couple months to make things right before I wrote this review.
