The last 4 vehicles my family and myself have purchased from vision were all amazing. Knowing that the free oil changes increased the price of them made no difference to us. Now with the new owners discontinuing the free oil changes, it feels like we've been ripped off. If we paid more for the sticker price so they could afford the free oil changes, then why are old customers having this change affect their future maintenance? This seems like a shady deal and unfortunately we will never purchase from them again.

Terrible service from the outset. Sales person didn’t have parts installed when I went to pick up the car. There was an update needed upon delivery that they didn’t do. When I took the vehicle in for the appointment to do the update, they said they couldn’t do it that day and I had to reschedule. I have been trying to get a paint warranty issue fixed since July, and have spoken to four different people about it. I have taken the vehicle in so it could be looked at and documented. Each time someone promises to call me to follow up and schedule a time for it to be fixed. I still have yet to receive a single call back, despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I own a 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I was transporting a table and broke my inside rear view mirror. It was dangling down from the front window. It was Saturday afternoon and I thought the service dept. was opened until 5pm. It was 4pm. General Manager Edgar Quinones and his sales team came to my rescue. They were able to re-install the mirror and cover within minutes. Not their job but they were friendly and willing to help me out. I offered to buy them pizza, which they declined. Thank you very much for helping me out.

I've been a customer for many years, I've bought 2 Jeeps from there. However, I don't think I will be going back there. They are not honoring my lifetime free oil changes and I'm pretty sure I was over changed for 2 filters that they said I needed. I think I was had. I have never had a problem with Dan who has been there for a long time and feel bad that I won't be dealing with him or any of the others who have been there. This will be my last time coming for an oil change and the "free inspection" doesn't amount to my oil change contracted .

I have done business with this dealership for years, but will NEVER go back there again. They do not honor the free oil changes I was promised when I bought my car from them. Asked how much it would cost to have a new battery installed in my 2019 jeep grand cherokee. Jim told me they would have to take my front passenger seat out to do that and labor would be $170 plus the price of the battery. So over $400. I called AAA and they installed the battery for $235 total, and seat did not need to be removed. I felt that Vision was dishonest. And they don't even answer the phone in the service department when you call. Something has changed there, and they are no longer a good place to do business.

Avoid Vision! When I bought my vehicle Vision included a voucher for ten free oil changes as part of the purchase agreement. I went in for an oil change today only for the service manager to tell me that they have reneged on our oil change agreement. I have 9 oil changes left that they refuse to honor. The service manager was very rude and dismissive. Find a dealership that cares about it's customers.

Extremely poor customer service over the years. We tolerated it due to free lifetime oil change agreement, but they've decided to no longer honor these contracts (without informing us when we scheduled the oil change appointment). I'm actually somewhat happy to never have to deal with them again.

Not an honest dealership - bait and switch during the purchase of our car. Have often waited extremely long times for oil to be changed, without receiving status updates from staff (had to walk back up to desk to inquire about when it would be done, to be told it was already finished). We have a contract for lifetime oil change-- scheduled an appointment and brought our car in, only to find out it is no longer being honored due to new ownership. At a minimum, this change should have been communicated when scheduling the appointment. Customer service is often unprofessional.

When I bought my new Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2020 Vision Jeep Dodge Chrysler Ram said I could have 13 free oil changes as part of the deal. Guess what .... Someone new bought the dealership kept the name but not the promises ! They are willing to give me free Lifetime inspections but require all repairs must be done at the dealership .

Been a customer here for 20+ years. My lease is up next month & i couldn’t get in for an oil change for A MONTH—A MONTH! Then i hear they are now charging for oil changes with the new corporate owners that are Florida based, btw. Will not be a returning customer, already made arrangements with another Jeep dealer. Not giving a dime to Florida or these greedy corporate suits.

Service department used to be great, serviced both my Jeep & Ram vehicles there the last 8 years. They are horrible now, spent $2,000 to get exhaust manifolds fixed that came back worse than before. Looked at it multiple times, never addressed other concerns during appointment that took 2 weeks to finish the work with little to no communication. Cortese had me in in quick, found all the issues and fixed visions poor workmanship. Its sad because its around the corner from me but I drive out of my way to not use Vision again.

My husband and I have used this dealership for purchasing and all service for 6 years. We will never go back. An oil change is no longer free, no big deal, but now it takes 4.5 hours? Even with an appointment. Stay away - they are not what they used to be.

If you're looking for an honest dealership to do business with, I would look elsewhere. The salesman I worked with was great. We shopped the lot and I found a vehicle I liked. We talked numbers and next thing I knew the sales manager was talking to me. We haggled a bit and ended up on a price that was just in my range. He wrote the price down and asked if I would sign my name to the deal. I did.Fast forward a week or 2(vehicle had some prep) and I'm at the dealership to sign paperwork and get the vehicle. Well, the manager of the dealership gives me a different price than the sales manager gave me. Granted, it wasn't a drastically different price but it did increase my monthly payments by about $5/month. Not a huge difference, but it's not the price I signed my name to. I needed a vehicle ASAP so I took the deal, for better or worse.I voiced my issue with the sales rep who attempted to right the wrong with some free maintenance. It was better than nothing but giving me the original deal I signed up for would have been even better. But this is the reason I'm not giving 1 star. They at least tried to fix the issue.A few months go by and I go in for my first oil change. They tell me my cabin and engine air filters are no good and need to be replaced. This is a "certified pre-owned" vehicle I bought from them months ago and they didn't even check/replace the air filters?! No worries, they'll put them in for $150+! Crazy high price for 2 filters that take 5 mins to install. I'll do it myself. But the fact that this was "certified pre-owned" and the filters weren't checked/replaced makes me wonder what else wasn't checked. The service rep said he'd talk to his manager to see if there was something they could do for me. Been more than a week and I haven't heard a peep from them. You can't really trust the place. Even if you get it in writing and sign your name to it. It means nothing to them.

Where do I begin with this shop. The same place I bought my 2018 jeep renegade. I brought my car there after it got flooded out in the rain I told them that they ignored it. They proceeded to keep my car for 2 weeks. They then proceeded to try and charge me $8,500 on a transmission replacement. Claiming it takes two mechanics 12 hours each at a labor cost of 179.99 an hour amounting to 4,200 in labor costs. Which first of all is a load of crock! I immediately had my car towed out of there and brought it to a different shop that specializes in transmissions. Being that the manager never spoke to me once at vision just hides in the office afraid of what the corporate entity is forcing him to do to customers. It was explained to me vision has went full on corporate greedy. It made me wonder how many people this establishment has screwed over that didn't know any better like the elderly. The transmission shop I brought her to told me nothing was wrong with her charged me 0$ and I have my car back. All it needed to do was dry off but this service department didn't listen to me and tried to rake me over the coals financially they are corporate crooks and you've been warned.

I dropped my car off for service yesterday morning at 7:30 am after making an appointment two weeks ago. I was told they'd let me know what was going on with my vehicle by 11 or 12. Didn't hear back from them until I received a voicemail message at almost 4 pm telling me "I don't believe we were ever able to get your car into the shop today" and that if I could leave it one more day, they would get to it "first thing tomorrow morning." When I called the next day at 10 am, I was told they still hadn't even looked at it. The lack of communication on the part of this service department, as well as their obvious scheduling issues led me to give up and pick up my car before anything had even been diagnosed. Who knows when they would have gotten around to it. I'll try another Jeep dealer, Vision is off my list.
