I have been working with Lauren for a little over a year and my skin has had a huge transformation! With very sensitive skin and rosacea, I didn’t think I would ever be able to acheive clear, soft and glowing skin. I recently started working with Sam Samantha, DNP with BHRT. Sam really listened to my concerns and my goals. Sam provided a number of options to me. Sam reviewed each one with me and together we came up with a plan to help me meet my goals and help me live my best life. I could not be happier. The staff is great and extremely friendly.

Hydrafacials have changed my life and have been the perfect addition to my skin care regimen. Seeing Lauren Huberger every month has became my most favorite day. She is so gentle with my skin and always takes her time. If you are thinking about getting hydrafacials stop thinking and go do it. I had to put one star to get my review to post , I’m giving it a 0 , bad experience with dysport injections in crows feet , my eye swelled up , blurred vision, felt like it got in my eye I was so scared with the blurred vision and I’m my 4th visit to eye specialist, Then I ended up with shingles on my eye my brow my scalp because of nerve pathways in the forehead temple and around the eyes , I was told by a doctor this is rare but can happen and it happened to me , The Spa Manager had no compassion whats so ever and was very rude , I will never go back there or recommend them to any of my friends. I’m going to share my story so you don’t have to go through what I went through, the pain in and around my eye is still there and to top it off I still have lines that did not smooth out , I have had Botox a long time this has never happened. No follow up call to see how I’m doing now , did not offer me a discounted service or refund my money back , so now I have to follow up with all my doctors to see if the blurred vision goes away. If this happens to anyone keep every document , and every picture so that if your vision is permanently effected like mine could be you can make the place accountable. Terrified about my vision .

I have recommended Vitalyze to so many of my friends for one reason, honesty. Having never had a facial, I reached out to Alicia years ago when I saw how she was absolutely glowing at a school function. Fast forward years later, and she still is the only phone call I will make for skin care. I feel both heard and educated with her medical knowledge and understanding of what you as an individual are looking for. I like that she doesn’t try to upsell products but remains very real in her delivery so that you know what to do to see specific improvements in your skin. On all levels Alicia is professional and personal, and I am so grateful that she continues to support women feeling beautiful in their own skin.Service: HydraFacial
