Didn’t fix car. I think it was out of the scope of their repair shop and instead of sending me elsewhere they attempted it.
There are repairs done to my car that aren’t listed on the invoice and they were done poorly. Parts that should have been replaced were repaired with putty and the paint job has dust in it. Plus my car was filthy inside and out when I got it back.
My car squeaks constantly. It was new when I was hit and the drivers Insurance says “take it up with the shop” but I honestly think if I brought it back I’d get the same patchwork service. I wish I never went here.

Have used Vogel for minor repairs several times they always do high-quality work with a great staff. Recommend them very strongly, they are honest and do what they say they would do and do it well
