They need to get their stuff together here.In the 3 months I've been forced to use them when Rite Aid closed they have screwed up every single time I get an Rx. They say they're filling it & sending it the next day for delivery and yet neither gets done, they made me come back 3 xs in 1 day telling my BF that my Rx's weren't covered by any insurance and then I called to straighten it out they said everything was ok now but he went back and they literally did the exact same thing because I was talking to a call center and not the actual store and I finally went back and had to help them figure out what they were doing wrong. Then yesterday I called in my refills and asked for delivery tomorrow, I spoke with the dispensing pharmacist who said it would be done and here it is the next day and I'm out of my medication that keeps my heart rate from doubling at times especially when I'm stressed out (like now) and there's NO refill done and obviously I won't be getting it delivered today so I will have to go to the hospital. They need to be retrained if they even were to begin with.
