First time at this location due to a mistake by my mom’s prescriber. The young man was very helpful and had the pharmacist assist with the situation. It was not a pleasant experience but they both did their best and resolved the situation in a timely manner. It was much appreciated. It was an important medication my mother needed. The drive thru area needs to be moved/changed. It is not a welcoming area and is very dark at night.

Wish there was a ZERO. Shopped here for 25 years btwn Rite Aid & the Walgreens take over. No problem with Walgreens until recently. You have all your products/shelves locked up. Waited for employees to assist me, unlock the items, and babysit me while I selected my locked selections. But you don't have enough staff to assist everyone. I intended on a BIG shop, but can't wait every time someone needs to unlock my purchase. Maybe 20 items, waiting 5 minutes each = Way over 1 hour. I understand larceny & that & loss of profit. Spikes prices. But us good people will shop elsewhere and you will lose customers.

I ordered a same-day picture printed on poster board. The next morning, I called because it said it was still "in progress". Employee told me they were out of poster board, so they canceled my order......without letting me know!

Literally can NEVER get ahold of anyone at the pharmacy! Just wait and wait on hold forever. Then there is never anyone at the drive thru. Worst pharmacy. Don't waste your time going here. Find another Walgreens!

I hate that everytime I go pick up my moms prescription they are always busy or short staffed besides the pharmacy the store is pretty decent.
