Showed up to get famotidine and was told the price is triple the online cost. “If you want you can order it for pickup and get it for the online price.” I’m already here and have it in my hands. I left and won’t go back. No reason for two different prices unless you are trying to cheat customers.

Why is it management refuses to do anything about stealing? What is even more interesting is it's almost daily that thieves come to this location and walk out not just with a bag of stolen goods but even with their basket. The laurelton neighborhood doesn't deserve this type of disrespect with the thieves parking on our street. We've reported this hundreds of times and guest what nothing has been done. I pray this location is closed permanently because it creates an open door for thieves to come frequently in our area because Walgreens as a track record for not doing anything regarding stealing. Management should be replaced.

So, I’m quite conflicted on this review. I have been a Walgreens customer for 20 plus years. I reside primarily in NC, however spend a good deal of time in Rochester NY so I have to fill prescriptions here from time to time. I went to this particular Walgreens located at 1433 Culver Road, Rochester, NY) on Saturday, June 4th and had an exceptional experience with the pharmacy team on that day. They went above and beyond, both on the phone and in person. The team that was working the pharmacy on that day was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. They represented the precise reason why I have been a long term customer of Walgreens. If I was rating them, I would give them 5 ++ stars.I had to return to the same Walgreens on Culver Road the following day, Sunday, June 5th 2022. My experience was with a different team this day and by total contrast, was the exact opposite of the prior day’s experience. I first called them to have my prescriptions filled and during that phone call, the technician hung up on me when I didn’t understand quick enough why they couldn’t see my prescriptions that were ready to be filled. (Apparently this location has an antiquated system, per the pharmacist on duty that day). After the technician abruptly hung up on me, I decided to drive directly there and talk in person. Instead of being even slightly professional, she maintained her flippant, self righteous attitude, claiming she was the “one who hung up on me”. When I told her how unprofessional she was, she stomped away like a child throwing a temper tantrum. I told her she obviously couldn’t handle any “stress” that went along with her job and that she was unprofessional, and nothing like what I would ever expect out of a Walgreens’ employee. When she barked back at me, I, admittedly, told her to “shut up”. To that, the incident only escalated. At that moment, I should have realized that I wasn’t dealing with a team of people that knew how to diffuse or properly deal with any situation that “they” considered less than “ideal”. I was told by the pharmacist and presumably another tech that I could go to another Walgreens location and get my prescriptions filled.I did exactly that, calling the Walgreens located on 1650 Elmwood Ave in Rochester, and was immediately greeted with the exceptional customer service that I have been accustomed to for over 20 years.Unfortunately, I don’t have names to give accolades to the two teams that were stellar, nor do I have the team member names that I consider sub par at Culver Road that Sunday, so the best I could do is specify the dates and locations worked by the different members.

A great pharmacy as well as having many OTC products and supplements. It has a selection of grocery items and cosmetics. It also has a drive through.

My neighborhood Walgreens - always good for a quick stop in for snacks, makeup remover wipes, last minute greeting cards, beer, and some other essentials that I don't feel like going to Wegs or TJs for. The staff here is great and always very helpful. The hours are reasonable and it is the only convenience style store in the vicinity. It used to be a Rite Aid and has been much upgraded since making the switch. Pharmacy, and all other departments you'd come to expect are easily accessible here.

Outrageous to have driven through the drive thru for a pickup before lunch began, just to be told—inside, having a few minutes, that i would have to wait 'til after lunch for a pickup only & aforementioned—i was@ the window 6 min ago.

The manager Cristena Gomez is such a nasty human being. Yes I want all the smoke. The way she speaks to her employees is so disgusting.

Thank you Judi for being soooo patient on my ecommerce pickup order. I appreciate you taking so much time to figure out the problem (buy 2 get 1 free) and resolving the issue. Your attitude and customer care is exemplary.

Several Rite Aid locations in the area were sold to Walgreens, possibly they merged, and I cannot be more disappointed in the difference. Reduced pharmacy hours, reduced store hours, "deals" that equal the old prices and prices I'd expect locally - not for a grand opening. Less selection. Less variety of things they do carry. Will probably switch back to driving to Wegmans for my scripts instead of this nonsense. Thanks, I hate it. I guess running your business cheap is profitable when you buy your competitors out until you're a monopoly, huh?
