The pharmacy has terrible I'm customer service!!!!! I'm calling from a physicians office and was on hold for over 13 mins. I finally gave up. Every few minutes the line would start ringing and someone would pick up my line and without saying anything they put me right back on hold.

The pharmacy service in this location is terrible.alway delays ,one of the techs is very rude ,but the worst part is the pharmacyst who seems to not like his job,always angry and rude to customer.maybe he should resign or better should be fired and do something else.Or at least learn customer care.

I am absolutely disgusted with the pharmacy at this location. This was the first and only time I will ever fill a prescription here. I'll start by saying I asked if I would be sent a text when my prescription was filled and never received one. When I called to check on my status I found out that my co-pay would be over $600. I than tried to talk to someone about this and was told my insurance did not cover the prescription and they had no idea why I would have to talk to my insurance. After finally being able to call the insurance company I was told it was because Walgreens choose to replace the script with a product that they did not cover. I called walgreens and asked them to change it back to the original. Was than told it would be ready the next day. When I arrived it was not ready only one of my prescription was filled. The girl that was taking care of me never informed me how many scripts I had ready I had to ask. Which has never happened to me at any pharmacy. I than proceeded to ask why they would change it to a prescription that was clearly not covered by my insurance. She nastly responded with I have no idea. I than asked her if she would please make a note on my chart to make sure it is always filled with the proper script. I got no response from her at all. I than proceeded to explain that I have now waited over a week for a prescription that I still can't pick up because of this. She still made no acknowledgement of the issue. I try to never be rude because I work in customer service myself, but this medicine was actually insulin for my son. Not trying to over react but maybe walgreens should take into consideration that their employees can actually cause an individual serious harm with their mistake. Most people do jot have an extra $600 to spend that they were not planning on. I know everyone is human and mistakes do get made but the fact that not one person there seemed concerned or willing to help. Side note the young lady at the front desk was wonderful. I am sorry I didn't get her name.

Rx is never ready on time causing me to miss injections and have severely fluctuating hormone levels. This causes mood swings, acne (that im already severely bullied for), and other things. They knew i needed this medication and DIDNT order it. Ive now missed two doses of my weekly medication because of their slacking. I wouldn't even go here if it weren't the only pharmacy within walking distance. They did this with my adhd medication for MONTHS, causing me to lose my job as i couldn't focus. Literally the only good thing here is that they have snacks and their photo area isnt too shabby.

Rude pharmacy technicians, (not all), but a few there will mess up your business. When you work with the public common courtesy, and respect especially for your elders will take you far in life. My husband was disrespected here today, simply trying to pick up my prescription. Part two of this review is as follows. The next day the Pharmacist, and Helen were able to take the time to explain everything to my husband (with patience and courtesy when he came back for the prescription. If it wasn't for them taking the time to rectify the situation we would have never continued to use this pharmacy.

Pharmacy customer service is terrible the employees were very rude . Ashley & Tamara (nurse is what she told us) or Tamika were very rude , unprofessional. They were not helpful and when expressing frustration on how this specific location never has anything in stock in their pharmacy ready. Tamika proceeded to tell me oh well we cant help that the medicine runs out. Very displeased and disappointed & will be switching pharmacy locations. I would think walgreens would hold their employees to a higher expectation when it comes to customer service. Especially in the pharmacy department.

Good pharmacy for all your basic needs. I get a prescription filled here and pick it up in the drive thru, sometimes it's slow if you're behind a few cars but they move as quickly as possible.

I went there for the shingles vaccine, the pharmacist was rude and very abrupt. I was going to move the chair so that he could put the shot in my right arm, he snapped at me telling me, "we don't move the chair, he will stand up and do it in that arm". Just as conversation I told him why I wanted it in the other arm and he abruptly said again, "we do not move the chair" ? that's not why I was telling him that. He went to my right arm, jabbed the needle in me, pulled it out and walked away saying "done". No alcohol or bandage after. Just done.
