Had an absolutely terrible experience here. Always out of stock and terrible attitude from the Donna in the pharmacy, she is the worst. She had Given attitude right from the start of going there I was told I would have to wait 4 days for my asthma inhaler so I decided to call a different pharmacy that had in stock and transfer it there, when the new pharmacy called to make the transfer Donna had told them that the pharmacist was not available, and the second time told them I did not have a prescription with them. She does not look out for the customer or even try to work with you to help for an alternative.

I'm currently at this location and because I am mourning the death of a family member I did not hear the clerk correctly and when I asked him if he could repeat himself he perceived my language as having an attitude. He continued to call me rude and kept mentioning how he did not understand why people come at him like this, while he talked about me to the customers at his counter. This did not make my visit pleasant.

12:00 pm "appointment" for a vaccine. It's 12:26 and I'm still waiting. Not happy. They took the guy who's appointment was at 12:30 bc he checked in before me!

Worst Pharmacy Staff! Very rude and inconsiderate when it comes to picking up/checking on prescriptions!!! Hours are a complete lie on the site! I’ve been to this location twice now when they’re expose to be open and they’re not! This location for sure will be loosing all my future business!!!!

I love this Pharmacy! It's ALWAYS clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Great sale prices also! This is my "go to" store early in the morning and on the way home from work for a variety of items. Great job Walgreens! I'm a very picky consumer and I have never had a complaint in years. Thank you for keeping up your high standards.

Absolutely hate their phone messaging system. Why do I need a daily reminder call that my prescription will be filled in "X" amount of days. Also why do I need constant reminders to pick up. Just call me once when they are ready. I also hate that when I do pick up half the time they dont ask for ID when I specifically requested for my ID be shown before handing out medications.

Walgreens is an excellent pharmacy located in the heart of Gates, New York. The staff is usually friendly, and they always have the drugs that I need, and it is the only pharmacy that allows me to purchase some of my special items in the drive-through
