I had a terrible experience with a Pharmacist at Dewey Rd , Gina, She was unprofessional and lacks common respect . I witnessed her disrespect a customer 3x’s within 10 mins . I felt horrible for the customer and brought it to her attention . She didn’t care . Walgreens needs to reevaluate her presence behind the pharmacy and because of her we will no longer have any prescriptions at Walgreens!

The workers seem nice but don't go off of what their site says they have in stock. Went in for some Caladryl or Calamine lotion (whichever I could find) and they were out of everything of the sort even though their site said they were all in stock.

Called in a prescription on Friday. The automated message said It was supposed to be ready after 11am on Saturday. If there was a problem the pharmacy would contact me. I did not receive a call. I waited in the drive thru on my lunch for 20 minutes only to be told they faxed the Dr for a refill and didn’t receive a response so I couldn’t get a refill. Waste of time. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

I have had one of my prescriptions delayed over a week for many months now. I also had a prescription for a sickness that i almost didnt pick up because a week later it was still pending. Even if its going to be delayed, if i could know when to expect it, that would make a big difference. I understand they could be short staffed (pay them more.) but i have had consistent issues and the rx text system is unreliable and has poor UX/UI. The website rx status is also just as horrible. Offer your staff a proper wage, then youll have no problems with turnover and can give your existing staff some relief.

I just got released from emergency with vertigo. Went straight to pharmacy to get medicine to help get rid of symptoms. Gave them all my info including my health insurance. Waited in waiting area for 1.5 hours. I had to go up to them and ask what's going on. They said they don't take my insurance. Like why didn't you tell me that the second I gave you my card.

Came to pick up photos that were paid for and need it for Monday morning for kid school project. The staff were walking out trying to close 3.5 hours early and when I asked if I can atleast get my pictures they said refuse to help and close the door on us. Horrible customer service.

I am so very disappointed in Walgreens! I live alone, am ill and tried to have some basic supplies of tylenol and water delivered. They took my payment and then cancelled my order a few hours later. Same day delivery, or even next day, is apparently a lie. I will take my business elsewhere.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went for the free Covid test to return to Canada. It was supposed to take up to 72 hrs. Never got it, and no one is available to help. At the boarder they said Walgreens is the worst!

Photo department used to be reliable now you cant even get a 11x14 the same day and then when you try going the next day they say you're poster order still hasn't loaded to their printer or the poster printer or printer for anything else always seems to be broken...
