Normally I am not a person to complain or get as upset as I did tonight. However, I was in a situation tonight to where I ended up needing to send my daughter(15) and my sister(16) into the pharmacy to pick up my youngest daughters(8) meds. The meds are NOT opioid or narcotics or a controlled substance of any kind so I did NOT think that there would be any issues, especially being that it states right on their website, there's no specifics on age restrictions that someone else can pick up your meds with permission. The girls go in to Walmart. Give the patient information then get told no because they aren't 18 years old. I am at this point on the phone with the girls stating that they have my permission and they still wouldn't let them pick up the meds. I then go in myself since now I have no choice but was dealing with a situation. I started to give the lady the patient information and Aaron (the guy that denied the meds release to my kids) chimes in and says my daughters name then proceeds to tell me that his boss said that isn't allowed and that the other kids couldn't pick them up. I am ignoring him at this point because this isn't the first issue with him. My boyfriend has had plenty of issues with him and just his horrible attitude in general. Walmart- I will be pulling my families scripts from you and taking them to Wegmans where we are treated like humans. My 15 yr old daughter was told that even if they were her meds or the 16yr Olds meds that she still couldn't pick them up although she's picked her own meds up plenty of times from Walmart. If it is in fact policy then you might want to update the website and not pick and choose when to allow or not allow. Just advice before the next person decides to follow a law suit after something else seriously happens because your employees have borderline harassed other customers in front of me and loudly and anyone else would probably sue.

Don't know how it works but when I was informed that the prescribed medicine is available after 2pm when I call, they ask to come the next day. Happened couple of times. AND the lady in the counter have some problem I think.. Sorry for her. Don't know may be tired of facing too many people for the day. But it may be another reason the store loose their customers.

I called the number listed on their website for the photo center. The woman said I needed to call another number because I was on an "inside line". I called the number she asked me to, it rang for 7 minutes, someone picked up, transferred me to the same woman, who said I had to call the number again that I had just called, and hung up on me when I told her that is what I did! One more reason Walmart is the WORST!
