Gandolph was at the photo lab counter, and made our photos appear from behind the counter. Funny guy.

I really am starting to not like this walmart. I came in to buy a tv and nop no one could help like always. Then I go to the self serve and the machine jammed my coins, okay it was 10 cents but if you dont have a penny you cant buy nothing. So this guy I know it was not his fault but he called the manager and it passed almost 15 minutes and no manager at all. All the kid did was defend the manager like ohhh the other person is in lunch blah blah blah. So he didnt even attempt to help. I told him I need to go I cant keep waiting so he said unfortunately I cant do nothing. Okay well Ameisha was a great help. She did cancel the transaction and she even cashed me out. I really liked her customer service. Thanks to her I could get out of there early. This walmart gets worse every time.

I've only used their photo center once. It's OK. Prices were reasonable. Location is at the front of the store, to the left upon entering; easy to find. Of note, they have $5 boxes of Zeiss lens wipes in front of the photo center. That's a pretty good deal even when compared to Amazon, and they work really well.

I ordered 1 hour photos online and they said that would be ready in one hour while placing the order but after submitting my pymt it said do not pickup until they contact you they are ready. I showed up (as I needed the pictures) and even though the photo hours sign said that they were supposed to be open, they were not. After talking to an employee, they said they had been having problems for 4 days so they shut down. I told them I needed the pictures today and that I had already paid for them online. They told me that I had to go back online and resubmit them to another store. They did not attempt to help me with this at all. The pictures should have never been accepted at this location as one hour since they were shut down. I then placed a call to another Walmart store and found out that the Marketplace store could have had their online service shut down online by them making a phone call so customers would have known they couldn't receive this service. This is not a reflection on all of Walmart but only the Marketplace store as their employees were not conscientious enough to take their store offline before closing down. I did try to get my money back from them but they could not do it and told me I had to call 1-800-walmart but have been unable to get through so far.
