Terrible employees. Terrible organization. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. I have never been to a worst store on earth in my life. It took me 30 minutes to get someone to open one of the locked cases to get cold medicine for my sick wife, and when I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was extremely unprofessional, could not speak proper English ( no accent issues or foreign language, just couldn't speak beyond lingo such as "sup" and "oh dang" and "yo, I can't believe how bad this place got".... ) it's disgusting here and no one is pleasant. Absolutely horrendous...

I ordered 4 items online to be picked up. I informed via app that I am coming, then again informed when I arrived. And here I am waiting for almost 30 minutes with no associate showing up. What is the point of ordering online if you can’t pick up on time? It’s better Walmart discontinue this service, I would have got out of here long time ago had I gone inside the store myself. Terrible service. I wish there was negative stars to rate the service.

Walmart can be beneficial, and also discouraging. Today I went there to pick up some Vitamins and Slippers. The Vitamins was easy.
However when I went to try on the Slippers I wanted, there was no chair (sitting place) to try them on. Walmart removed them for some reason. In my opinion, this was an insult to all customers, much less elder, senior citizens.
I ended up sitting on an empty shelf in the baby clothes!

Through Walmart I purchased an indoor bike trainer SP37139. I had difficulty understanding how to assemble it as the parts are only laced with letters, and a portion of the unit gives ambiguous instructions. So, I emailed the support email address that is listed on the manual. Btw, there is NO phone number for support (I had to search for that on my own days later). Days later, when no response was received, I initiated a return. In the meantime, my daughter purchased one from somewhere and once again I contacted support for what I thought was going to be their answers to fixing what I didn’t understand in the assembly. But rather than receiving an offer to help and answers to my questions, I pretty much got interrogated as to where I purchased the new one I had, they wanted an order number and once again interrogated me. By now I’m very upset, and search for a customer service phone number online. That number is, in case you have one of their products is: 213-401-2666. This time I was asked to submit a video of just what I needed help with. I did that, and a day later received a response that someone would get back to me in a few days! Absolutely ridiculous. No one ever got back to me (I’m sure you’re not surprised if you’ve read along this far) but this morning I received yet another email asking for an order #. This is NOT the kind of customer service I think Walmart would expect their customers to receive for anything purchased through them. Buying this particular, less expensive trainer was my attempt to save a few dollars on a unit that is non-electrical and has few moving parts. Well, this has proved to be a mistake and that one “really does get what they pay for.” There are many, better made trainers that have superb customer service teams. Costway is not one of those companies. I will never ever purchase anything from them, and I highly suggest that you do not either. If I could put a negative star rating, I would.

Do not shop her unless it's the minute this store opens or you will be in line for an eternity. It will take you 7 min to shop & 1hr to check out. This store is only here for low income, ssi, dss recipients because they have no choice so they continously schedule 3 or 4 cashiers on a busy day because those people have no other options due to location, transportation etc.to wait in line. They have no ethnic products like back in the 2010s, Hispanic section has been significantly reduced and never keeps the shelves full when it's an ebt trafficking store. Even on the back end of the month - they are never stocked up on product.
