Today was a First. I use this Walmart because it is convenient. They have products I use. But if you need help, this is not the place to go. Today two people helped me. This is a first. Seems some big wig (Supervisor of some sort) was in the Building. Usually employees make a point of not making eye contact, and ignoring requests for help. The only persons who are helpful and kind before today, were the receipt checking guy at the front door, and the Automotive Department. Staff is generally Surly. And I imagine that will be the case once The Big Wig leaves the building. It is my belief that employees are generally unhappy when management or employer treats them badly. When employees are unhappy they treat customers poorly. So I've assumed management might be miserable, because their employees seem miserable.

I go to the one that has great customer service and chilli one does. I work for one in back in 1997 and customer service was a must.

So many manager on the floor and none of them can help out. Been waiting for almost 1 hour on the money service and still no hope and all the managers just pass by and don’t do anything.

I'm not a fan of Walmart we just shop there because we don't have many options that offer Walmart prices. I don't like the fact that they don't offer more cash register's with actual cashier's.

Supercenter was very efficient but busy. I had a gift card in my phone and they were unable to scan phones anymore. Otherwise Walmart is my go to store. I love it especially for online orders that are delivered.

A lot of people checking out with very few registers were open.I put all the blame on management since it is pretty common knowledge that it gets very busy there the 3rd of every month.

They were having open interviews but I wasn’t available that day I asked Lexii if a Thur at 4 pm would be gd she agreed I came she was no where to be found I literally had at least 3 different managers looking for her with no prevail so Richard terry I believe end up interviewing me by default wonderful guy would of loved to learn from him seems like a great leader at the end of our interview he said he would let Lexii no to call me ….she didn’t left her several messages which she never responded too ! I would have really loved the opportunity but due to no fault of my own I wasn’t given one . Thanks tho too Richard terry for what he tried to do along with the other staff and managers but there’s got to be a better way and people should be accountable for there actions especially managers looking for good reliable employees you may want to have them interviewed by reliable management !

Our cashier went above and beyond to make our transaction as simple as possible. We were at my Brothers choice location in gates Chili. Even the cosumers were great. Thank you for all your assistance. Wish I would of remmbered her name. You need more people like her working for your company!!!

Mike was professional and very pleasant. He was asking for what kind of car that I had, which was a Camry and needed the color also. He asked if it was a SE Camry which was exactly what I had. I would recommend anyone to this Walmart in Gates and Mike who was in charge the automotive depart. All around a great experience!
