I was waiting in line to pick up my prescription and another person cut in front of me . The pharmacy tech said “next” and she went up to the counter. I complained and the pharmacy tech defended the person who cut in front of me cause she had been there “earlier”. Well I was there “earlier “ the day before and it wasn’t ready so apparently that means I should have cut to the front of the line in front of everyone who was waiting in line.The pharmacy tech didn’t have a name tag on and was rude and nasty to me.When I called on the phone to ask if my prescription was ready, the pharmacy tech said no and immediately hung up before I could ask another question.

Generally have to wait a few days for your medicine because of their small size/inventory, they always have to order it. It would be wise to call to order/reorder well before your needed refill date.

Wegmans - Nasty company to joint for. Rude hiring system. EEO ???. Funny management. Looks like they hire nasty people instead of smart people. Please look for some other good companies to work for your future.

The best pharmacy staff I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I call, they take the time to listen to what I’m trying to convey, never act like my call is an inconvenience, and handle my request in a timely manner. Will continue doing business with this location unless I move out of state!

I'd like to start off by stating there are some good employees at this pharmacy, however the less-than-desirable ones sadly seem to constitute the majority.For the aforementioned employees that leave much to be desired, one could almost believe they took the following trainings for their position:1) How to sound patronizing,2a) How not admit fault/take responsibility2b) How to displace blame3) How to make it sound like they are going out of the way doing YOU a favor (um, has anyone told you it's YOUR JOB?)The cherry on top? (Not a deal breaker, but still!) The pharmacy blasts the most abrasive hold music you'll ever hear, interrupted constantly by a recording of a woman apologizing OVER and OVER for the wait and insisting that all their employees are busy helping others. Every time I call, I am on hold for around 2-5 minutes. I don't mind holding. But I do under these circumstances. It makes me want to scream and throw my phone against the wall. How high is your threshold of tolerance for smooth jazz and the same repetitive interruption saying the same thing over and over again every 30 seconds? EVERY 30 seconds, one gets their hopes up thinking just maybe it's a real human picking up to help you, but no, it's that annoying recorded woman apologizing profusely again.I have given this pharmacy a few months to redeem itself but disappointingly have been let down consistently at least 75% of the time.One last aside: On a more serious note, when I first started using this pharmacy, I regrettably even had to report them for unethical and illegal conduct I experienced not once, not twice, but three times. In that instance, I truly hope they didn't know any better and it was a product of poor training. I should've heeded that red flag in the beginning and gone elsewhere sooner. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I am happy to share this hasn't happened again since I filed the report.

Wegman's is a nice brand and they have nice stores. But lately, cashier customer service has gotten really, really bad. Cashiers are explicitly rude, ignorant, and inattentive to simple requests. Myself and many customers I know dont care where someone comes from or what their background is, and we've made endless efforts to be polite and kind, but the people Wegman's is hiring for front facing jobs are just rude and ghetto as hell. I understand the economic dynamics of using them for low skilled jobs and acting like it's some altruistic gift to underserved communities, but at this point I'd rather they just increase the amount of self-checkouts the way Walmart does. Theres no sense paying for "old-school charm" when the people tasked with it offer zero charm.

I used to love wegmans but no longer. They've gotten greedy with their prices. I won't go to this store location any longer. It's a bottleneck to get in or out. There is way too much display clutter. The overhead music is obnoxiously loud. The isles are narrow and it's often hard to get around without running into someone or stock carts, or stuff in general. Their prices are constantly increasing. $14 for 1 pound of chicken salad is just crazy. I find the quality of wegmans branded items have gone down hill and this started pre-Covid. It's lost if friendly, family feeling.And the plus side, it does have a large selection of products and seems to have the better quality fruits and vegetables in the area.

Easily the worst pharmacy in Henrietta and definitely one of the most ineffective and mismanaged ones out of all the Wegmans stores. There is consistently a huge line backed up and only one or two cashiers ringing up people’s pharmacy orders. Frequently during these times there are several people milling about in the area where drugs are dispensed, feigning the inability to see the backed up customers. An absolutely poor representation of what this company was known for once long ago: customer service.

Terrible customer service, rude, lazy, unprofessional, wasted time socializing with customers while others wait for services and discrimination against Asian people! if you want to buy lotto, they will give you a hard time. they will tell you to fill out a card or they won't sell it to you. talk to the manager they said it's n.y. state law for this location only. I think this it bs! I never have this kind of problem with other Wegman locations. beside the price of many products is higher and not the price listed on the shelve, have to call them over to change it at self check out. Don't shop there, the think they are up to their a** and don't care! local tv stations should investigate this calkin road Wegman location or call Danis Wegman and ask why this happened. Because they don't like Asian people?
