I've shopped at several Wegmans stores for decades. And they all seem to run a bit differently. The only thing that stays the same, is Wegmans prices.
One of my favorites is the "Culver-Ridge branch. I may add that this store is one of the original stores built, and maybe the only one left.
Customer care is critically important to me. I've been around a long long time and have been involved with dealing with the public in a variety of ways. From the Food & Beverage industry to the Real Estate and Trucking industry.
At this Wegmans, the employees are great!

I have been a resident in Irondiquiot for over 15 years I used to love Hudson Ave Wegmans the city destroyed that one .. and Culver Ridge quality has gone down. My product doesn’t last like it used to .. I think I will have to start going to Webster East Ave or Pittsford . The new store manager not sure why they still have her she is a joke rude always just sitting around talking the store is never stocked last year they messed up on my cake and she came up to me with a attitude and what was like what’s the problem. I said the problem is they messed up on my cake. I’ve been getting cakes here for years. They’re always the best. Well, it looks like we can’t do anything to satisfy you I was like what!!!! . I’m like are you guys kidding me!!!! when I did report this to corporate office, I still see nothing was done I see her working there.. with her crappy personality ..it’s sad what type of management you want to work at your stores..?? I ran my parents business for well over 20 years. I never treated customers like .. that store has declined tremendously. I don’t think Danny Wegman would like to hear that I heard management doesn’t treat there employees well there this has been told to me with employees that work there..I suggest u do some changes or going to continue to lose other customers and good employees..!!!! Take this as feed back this is just not some weirdo customer I spend a lot everyday in this store I don’t expect anyone to kiss my ass but when my food is gettting moldy after a few days and I have some manager till this day when I walk in she gives me bad looks there is a problem I’m hoping someday when I walk in there its like it used to be and she’s not running that store!!! Take this as feed back wegmans!!!

Making shoppers uncomfortable at self checkout as if EVERYONE is stealing is mind blowing,close self checkout if that’s the case,don’t have a ignorant employee move from the front of the registers to the end near the doors to watch and snoop,very weird.

once again the associate at the register was rude, , non caring, and ultimately non verbal. this is not the first time i"ve run into this. when i come up in the line i say hello and i get no response. then when they are finished ringing the order they just stand there. absolutely not a word. so i wait about 30 seconds hoping they will say how much i owe instead i have to ask. then i dont even get a thank you. this customer interaction is less than par. its almost like they hate their job and only want a paycheck. times have certainly changed since i started coming there 40 yrs ago. its embarrasing to wegmans that this isnt taught to be friendly and helpful.. not saying its all the employees because most are very helpful and nice. losing confidence

Horrible sub shop wt this location. Went in at 445 pm for subs for the wife and I. Out of white bread and seeded bread. Only had everything seasoned and something else. OK thays fine I guess. I'll have one ham and cheese and a roast beef please. " we are out of roast beef " I'm told. Out of pickles im told. No tuna. How is this possible at dinner time at a grocery store with a deli across from the sub shop. Unacceptable by all means. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Usually a very nice experience. My only complaint this visit was the produce. Usually it looks picture perfect. This time it all pretty much look like it fell off the back of the truck and they scraped it out of the street. Not looking good at all

Reminds me of Jungle Jim's in Fairfield, Ohio. Anything you might want, but the prices are crazy high, even for New York

Please do not order a cake from this bakery . They messed up my order and put the cake in upside . This is not the first time I had this issue . I’m not trying to be rude I do think the bakery worker has a nuerodevelopment concern so I try to be nice and let her know my order is not the right order. She does need to have more in-depth training
