if i could give this wegmans zero stars i would just for the pharmacy alone !! TERRIBLE customer service. im pretty sure violated hippa laws. be careful going to this pharmacy !!!

it’s so unfortunate because it’s so close to my house but EVERY SINGLE TIME i walk into the store i am followed uncomfortably close from start to finish. i understand people shoplift…but i stop by at LEAST once a day to buy something and i have NEVER made a commotion or stolen but i feel like im being walked on a leash by the employees just because im young. watch the cameras like a normal person and please get out of my asscrack its profiling and it’s honestly pmo at this point.

I got a steak sub last night and it is the worst steak sub I have ever had in my entire life.
Dry tasteless meat was one reason. Another reason is they use meat cooked previously and warm it up.
I even had banana peppers and onions on it. They barely helped but gave some flavor.
Before ordering I asked if they cooked the steak fresh. I was told yes. I think they need to train their staff.
Anyway, with tax it was around $20. I'd suggest you go to Dibellas or anywhere else if you want a sub sandwich.

this isn't Bob's Wegmans anymore. you are an inconvenience to the employees who seem to believe you are in they're way. they'll run you over with their vehicle of product if you don't duck, dodge, or dive.

Loved the donuts when I first started going there to shop. They were very fresh and the filled s were Awesome. I got a "buttercream filled" the last 2-3 times and they sure changed. Barely Any fillings. One was Empty with only the hole made by pastry bag!! For 1.29 ?! Come on! Get the bakers back who cared about Quality food.

Used to be a big fan of Wegmans, but with all the Staples they seem to be out of stock on for a while. The past couple weeks it's been orange juice. It's just ridiculous. Quality of some products has gone down as well.

Customer service has gone out the door employees are rude as can be I'm a grown man and I get followed buy a worker throughout the whole store next time I will just swing customer service is a joke
