Not the large selection that Wegman's has. Quality is not as good as Wegman's. Prices are extremely high. Had to see what all the hype was and came to the conclusion that I'll never go there again!

Had a nice chat at the soup station with a shopper also selecting a soup. So nice to see that people will chat without fear of superficial differences. Picked a delicious soup and moved to the salad bar. Wow!! Created a tasty, super green dinner salad! On the way out, spotted and reconnected with a favorite high school chum! Then chose the person-attended checkout (versus the automated one) and had a lovely minute or two with the young cashier. All in all, a solid visit to Whole Foods Market!

Whole Foods sure knows about presentation and making their food taste delicious. I stopped in for a few items this afternoon. I decided to grab a Make Your Own Pizza with baby Bella's, broccoli, grilled chicken, and scallions. A winner for sure and will be doing it again soon. There wasn't anything to say about the service as I did self-checkout. There was only one lane open otherwise. The ambiance and food quality are what make me keep coming back to Whole Foods. They're consistent and that's super important as prices continue to soar. The other pictures besides my pizza are items I decided not to buy this time around, however showcases the seasonal variety they offer.

Great everything BUT they disabled their curbside grocery pickup because “it’s too cold for their employees” (to walk the 30 feet outside). I’m guessing they made this decision without considering who is using the curbside pickup - ***usually people who have a CHILD or something they CANNOT just leave in their car (or would be a hassle to bring in/out just to retrieve groceries).Very poor decision, especially with Wegmans right down the street who understands the value of curbside pickup (ESPECIALLY for the cold-weather season!).

Super convenient; parking is not a problem despite all the hoopla during the development phase and best of all the food is terrific. Service is also done well with store being appropriately staffed. The Danielle family understands service and it shows in this store.Definitely go try it out if you have not already.Bill

What a great store to have in our area it's a little bit more expensive in some cases not all. But whaas ot it hver Wegmans is the Variety of products. The Bakery Department of Breads are Head and Shoulders above Wegmans .Katie in the cheese department is an absolute wonderful person who will help you selecting cheesesIf you use your amazon prime card you will get a 5% Back on your amazon prime visa Also l get an extra discount on sale items if you use your Amazon prime account. The hot food bar and salad bars are cheaper than Wegmans and a better choice of foods The staff is friendly and helpful . The store is very well put together and clean. Its a welcome addition to the area.

It was good to go on a weekday afternoon; parking lot, aisles, and checkouts all had breathing room. Seems pricier compared to other stores locally.

A lot of the produce is affordable. I do wish their app was better, like their competitors app. But, the prepared foods is so good. Such a HUGE selection of foods, some healthy, some not. When I go grocery shopping I rarely have enough time to make dinner so this helps to grab something quick to eat. This store is a nice addition to Rochester

I've waited a long time for this store to open. I've been going to Whole Foods in Buffalo every few months while waiting. I have to say the Buffalo store is better. I've been to the Rochester store every few weeks since they opened. I've stopped buying produce here after ending up with moldy or rotten vegetables and fruit a few times. Their vegan cold case selection is better than the Wegmans closest to me (which is awful) but not nearly as good as the Pittsford Wegmans. For the past couple of trips they've been out of refrigerated vegan egg products. I can't even tell if they still carry them. They still have more vegan frozen meat substitutes and products than most Wegmans stores and I can still find some products here that I can't find in other stores but overall the store somewhat disappointing. Today the packaged bread section was half empty and the baked goods were scarcer than normal. A lot of the baked goods just look shipped in and not very appealing. Many aisles throughout the store had empty shelves. This is still a great place for shelf stable items and personal care products, with a selection superior to other area grocery stores But that's not enough to convince me to come weekly. At least they had one checkout lane open, unlike the last time when you had to use self checkout. I hope they step it up because I'd like to look forward to shopping here again.

I like this place, everyone is so helpful and nice. The discounts that are available are related to Amazon prime members, just pull up your app, go to whole foods and scan the code when you checkout. There's lots of good deals and organic options. Buy 1 get one 50% off on sushi every Thursday, pizza specials, and meal specials. Another great feature is their Amazon returns area, very convenient and easy to use. When the open hours have passed, but the store is still open there's a self-serve feature.

Amazing store!! It's clean and everyone is super friendly. I had to drop off a package for return and the individual at the front counter greeted me with a welcome smile. Then I got my groceries. Everything is reasonable priced and great selection. I had a mango cut at the veggie station and the worker (something with an R) was epitome of customer service. He explained to me how to pick a mango and how to cut it up. Let's just say Whole Foods as a new customer and I will be cancelling my wegmans membership.

Very underwhelming. Not sure what the hype is about. The local and national competition is far superior. Bare spots on shelves, indifferent employees, no family size items.Gave it another try with Amazon prime pickup. Produce received was rotten and damaged. Would give this place negative stars if possible.

Since they opened, I made my third visit to the Pittsford Whole Foods on June 9th around 6pm, but am taking into account all three visits for this review. The store is clean, neat, well stocked and easy to navigate. The selection and quality of items is superior. Items from produce and the bakery are very fresh as was the value pack 365 chicken breast. I appreciate that I don't have to stress about ingredients in the product offerings. Parking was fine each time and none of the predicted apocalyptic traffic jams on Monroe Avenue were experienced on the three days I went and furthermore, have not observed driving through that spot on Monroe Ave which is about 2-3 times a week on varying days and times. Business as usual as far as that's concerned.Customer service needs some work. My last visit was perfect in that regard. The first visit on May 5th left me scratching my head. I saw a selection of greeting cards which surprised me because I'd called customer service prior to that date asking if they carried greeting cards and I was told no after the employee said they would go look. Imagine my surprise when I saw them on my first visit. We ended up at Trader Joe's instead that time and bought more than just a card so a lost sale right there because of employee...well, I'll let you decide how to end that sentence, but however you do it, it's not going to be positive. The second time I went it was about an hour before closing and the cashier seemed bothered by a question I asked and looked like she'd rather be doing anything but her job. Also noticed several employees just standing in aisles talking or on their phones. There's something to be said for being present. The shopping carts are deeper than usual so it was awkward reaching in to move items around to make room for more as I shopped. All that said, I'm so happy you are finally open!
