Ralph the owner does good work but the sons are just terrible. Especially Jesse. He sucks major balls. He is a very incompetent mechanic. Took my 2001 Acura in to get my wheel bearings replaced and came out with an exhaust leak and my muffler hitting against the heat shield. After I got that fixed, NOW it came back out with a clicking noise (bad cv joint) when I turn the wheel!! And f**ked up on my left rear wheel bearing. That's it, I'm not coming here anymore. They used to be good but now they're just mediocre. These rookies better go back to MCC and start all over again. Pep boys was right, I SHOULD HAVE got it serviced at THEIR shop. I'm gonna work on my own car, or get it serviced by the dealer next time. I guess that is what you call “cheap work.†This incident happened on 11/2017. They f**ked my car up over some wheel bearings. One of the WORST auto shops I've been to. Stay FAR AWAY from this place!!!!!!!!!
