“This is hands down the best liquor store in Sullivan County. The owner can ask you a few simple questions (If you are inexperienced with wine or liquor) and guide you directly to what you want. Undeniably friendly staff combined with supremely knowledgeable ownership. Every time I visit they have new products and sales. First time I walked in the store I asked about my favorite whiskey and unfortunately they did not have it. I came in the next weekend and the owner had ordered it just for me !”

“Kazs Wines And Liquors has the best and largest selection of wines and liquors in all of monticello. The store is so kid friendly. I brought my kids with while i just had to get some wine for the holidays and they gave my kids lollipops. The owner and ALL the workers are so nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help me. Overall, this is the best liquor store ive ever been to!!”

“Great customer service. (Maybe a little too good.) I went in for one thing, supposed to be quick n’ easy, dude starts showing me every type of bottle and asking whether I want oak smooth or warm spice smooth.
I don’t know, I don’t really care, it all tastes the same to me.
Then he explains why I should try charcoal filtered, sand filtered, or even diamond filtered- with hints of vanilla, lavender, or citrus.
At that point I grabbed my basic bottle and politely explained that I don’t care if they run it through diamonds or dirty laundry. And I wouldn’t be able to taste a “hint” of anything unless that “hint” smacks me in the face!
I did appreciate the science lessons tho!
