Zero stars if it was possible, dropped off a truck that had a leak in the cargo and ruined a lot of our stuff. When we returned the truck to this location in Rock Stream NY with obvious concerns, we were dismissed and ignored than, terrorized by the little dog the attendant had with her. It kept running around barking and nipping at our feet. We were told the dog doesn't like men but it barked at everyone. Obviously there was no customer service and when the attendant called the manager Cody because she was locked out of the system, he very quickly dismissed our concerns probably not knowing he was on speaker phone, and proceeded to charge us extra without explanation. Terrible experience!!!! We're dealing with their insurance "RepWest" which were told by their rep doesn't cover water damage. Worst experience ever! Wheres the "beware of dog" sign ? Also as far as national Uhual goes I called and was told someone would contact me within 3 days, it's been 6 days....
