Worst shipping company ever. They canceled delivery on me twice in a row. The 2nd time, I paid my contractor extra to have guys stay late to unload as their system showed an estimated delivery of more than an hour past the window. After several calls I found out the driver “couldn’t make it today”. Then their clown-show of an operation marked it as though nobody was available to receive delivery, when in fact their driver never attempted delivery. Unreliable, dishonest, and they simply don’t care - avoid at all costs.

Worst experience ever with the delivery I was not home and the delivery man called me first to inform me that it was on its way . Then he called to tell me that he popped a tired and I had to tell him of the large tress then he told me they will remember my address . In addition a female called me In in the afternoon to tell me that I had to tell them to do delivery on a van. I explained to the nice female that I have had previous purchases with lows and never had a issue . But I guess they changed personal .

Hello Everyone,We just ordered a washer and dryer from Lowes and Lowes made us email the third-party company that they hired to deliver the product to us. The delivery was late by 3 weeks and when the delivery date finally did come, the delivery company expected us to physically lift the washer and dryer out of their truck when they came to deliver the product. We went back and fourth through email and phone calls and there was absolutely zero good will coming from Lowes nor the delivery company Estes. The wording that they used in their emails and over the phone were unprofessional and we will never be ordering anything from Lowes again. During one of the back and fourth calls that I had to make (the customer) to the delivery company, they told me the shipment was dropped off outside of our home without a signature even though a signature was needed in order to be delivered. There were no clear and concise details ever whenever we went to call Lowes and Estes and the two companies did not have any good will when it came to customer service. When the washer and dryer got hooked up, the dryer runs HORRIBLY and does not dry the clothes at all. (Paid $800 for this dryer).

package sits at warehouse for a little over a week, 4 calls made to them as when is it getting delivered, was told that it should be delivered by Friday end of week and never received A phone call from anyone as to when, now i call again for the 5th time and told being sent back to shipper.. THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH..

Worst shipping company. I have been waiting for more than a month for my grill. First expected delivery was July 10, and it passed no delivery, now it’s was supposed to be delivered July 23 which was 5 days ago. Its July 28 and there is no delivery date, no update, no calls from them. It’s been in the warehouse at Newburgh for more than ten days. And yesterday I checked the status of my order thru Home Depot and they said they cannot find my package. They possibly lost my grill.Update: Contacted them thru email which they instructed. More than 24 hours passed, no update on when my package is being delivered. The complete disregard of this company is appalling.

Absolutely horrible. Package arrived at their Newburgh facility on the 11th and was supposed to be delivered on the 13th. Today is the 14th still not delivered. I live less than 15 miles from them.

What out a doubt the worst trucking company ever, Waiting over 10 days for an order of snowblowers, the Rock tavern Depot foreman tells me the dock is wet and slippery. Fyi it’s winter it snows its wet deal with it.

Is there anything worse than horrible service?Item sent from Lowes August 7 to Estes terminal Rock Tavern.It is now over two weeks later and still not arrived.Called customer service many times and after listening to recorded remarks of how great they are,still no delivery.Dont know if item was stolen from terminal,dropped from fork truck laying around in a million pieces.Every day update says tomorrow, one even promised a Sunday delivery,all emails archived Update ,item arrived in good condition

This Company is a joke, they never answer a phone call ,they will put you on hold and after 45 minutes waiting for ,they disconnect the phone. They have oure items since Saturday and still not even trying to contact us , shame on you ! You people are disgusting , if you don't know how to run business why you even bother. If we don't get deliveries by tomorrow I will contact BBB, then You will have to learn how to take care of your business, or you will not have any longer. ps. fix you answering machine because the message is breaking ,is impossible to figure out what you try to say...

This is one of the worst terminal I've counter with Estes. Who ever is managing this terminal should be ashamed of themselves. They don't work with their customer when it's their fault for damaging shipments. They also take advantages of old folks. Very unacceptable. I wish I could give them a ZERO star.
