Excellent service. Leslie is just the best. Car repair can often be intimidating and confusing and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of our questions. She also helped us with the process of going through insurance. A trustworthy spot. We will be back again. Highly recommend.

Leslie and Bryan, alongside the rest of the team have made me incredibly happy and satisfied with not only their quick and thorough work on my car but also with their professionalism and compassion in their business. Wow! I’m totally speechless. I had body work done on the rear quarter panel of my car and it looks like my car came off a showroom floor from the dealer. I’m extremely please with the work that was done. I highly recommend getting your auto body work done here. The staff are also very friendly and pleasant.

If you live in NYC unfortunately accidents happen? 2x I brought my car to Bryan Auto Body to have my bumper repaired due to accidents (no fault of my own ?) they did a excellent job it was quick and easy process. The Office manager Leslie took care of everything . She dealt with insurance company who tried to low ball of course . She knows her business and that was not happening ? I Picked up rental car on the spot, rental car was great , new model cars and clean .
Leslie kept me informed throughout the whole process I really appreciated that . .Not once did I have to call and check .
They detailed inside my car .or at least cleaner then I left it .? Did not expect that ..it was a pleasant surprise and the guys did a excellent job fixing car really important and are super friendly and helpful. I recommended to everyone and anyone that needs your services. Great Job !!!

Bryans auto was absolutely amazing and the entire staff was phenomenal.I want to give a huge shout out to Leslie. People have no idea what she does behind the scenes.
