Everyone in the pharmacy should be fired. It took me a half hour to receive my pain medications. I shouldn't have to wait a half hour. I wont be sending my medicine here anymore. The lady was very rude to me at the register.

was given wrong medication - colesterol instead of blood pressure. Went to DR. who prescribed additional meds because my pressure was so high. I realized meds were wrong (checked pills on line and found I had been given wrong pills) I was very upset and called the pharmacy. No apology and was told to bring them to pharmacy. When I asked her what happened (I knew she didn't believe me) she told me I was too upset to talk to (yes I'm screaming by now) and put me on hold. Luckily I then got someone else who said she was sorry and would I please bring them down to the pharmacy and she would take care of. When I showed her the pills she turned around to the person I originally spoke with and said "She's right these are the wrong pills" CVS you should be much more careful filling scripts and when a mistake is made admit it and apologize

Very, very disappointed with CVS. Waited for antibiotics for 3 days. Just changed my Pharmacy. Advising my family members not to use this Pharmacy. It's a shame, used this place for 20 years. I wonder what happened.

This cvs sucks ! The pharmacy department they are always short of staff they always short of medicine what pharmacy does that and when you call they leave you on hold for about 10 or more minutes.
