  Should be 5 stars but no disabled bathroom. No bathroom at all. Bankers at desk are great, behind the counter a little different. Was wondering if she could see me behind the false eyelashes.

  Had a Very Pleasant Experience with Wbaldo Robles WELL Spoken Bank Supervisor, Who handled all my Banking issues. Also the Branch Manger Sharon Was Very helpful and Pleasant as well I love This Citi Bank Branch in Rockaway Park. Handicapped Accessible and Great Environment.
