I love going to classes there. The various teachers and styles keep it interesting and the space is wonderful.

I love the classes and experiences at ocean bliss! There is a very special energy here as soon as you walk in and I feel renewed in both body and mind from all of the talented teachers here. It is a blessing to have in Rockaway!

Did my very first yoga class today. It was Gentle Yoga at 10am and Helen was the instructor. What a phenomenal experience I will recommend it to everyone I know.
