I was waiting for a replacement bank card in the mail, and worried it wouldn’t get in before my Verizon phone bill was due. Remembering there was a store in town, but unsure if the DBA stores took payments, I called and said - “Can I come in and make a bill payment - I can’t do it online this month.”Loud answer from the store: “HUH?”I tried again: - “Can I come into your store and make a payment so I don’t have to do it online?”Answer: - “You can come into the store if you want BUT you can make a payment online.Not knowing if that was a yes about making a payment in person or not, and thinking I wasn’t explaining well I tried again.“I don’t think you’re understanding - I’m probably not explaining well - ….”Store - “I AM UNDERSTANDING AND I’VE ALREADY ANSWERED!!!!”There is zero place in any professional customer service capacity for the word “HUH?” barked in contempt. There’s even less place for nastiness, especially over something so trivial as a simple service question.I would have loved to become a customer of the store and save the time I usually spend going to the corporate Verizon store on Long Island.If a simple phone call could be met with such aggression over something so minute, I have no faith that my purchases would be handled professionally. It actually makes me sad. I was kinda psyched there was a Verizon so nearby.

Richard assisted me today in the upgrade of my i phone. He was professional, and extremely patient and knowledgable. My purchase went smoothly and quickly and in less than an hour I walked out with all my info transferred to my new phone. Thank you Richard

I came and was assisted by the district manager Manny. He was very professional, patient, and kind. He made getting my new phone a very simple process and helped me transfer all of my information as well. As a bonus he showed me my promotional options and got me a new tablet. I highly recommend every to shop here. I've been coming here for many years now and the customer service is always excellent.

The manager, Richard, went above and beyond to help me solve a problem with my I Phone. After having spent 5 hours on the phone with Verizon over the course of 3 days, Richard's expertise, patience and suggestions were they keys to solving the problem. Can't thank him enough.

Patrick and the whole team are great. I feel comfortable going in to get help with my current account, as well as when I need to add to my account. At this Verizon you can really tell they want to help the customers. They take the time to help each customer and make sure they know exactly how the process will go. I really left knowing there were not going to be any surprises on the bill. Most stores don't explain how a new billing account start and here they do. Thanks again
